From July onwards, Jaspers will open from noon to 3pm for Southern Forests wine tasting with a curated selection of Pemberton wineries; Picardy, Below & Above, Pemberley of Pemberton and – new at Jaspers – Lillian Wines.
Along with these superb examples of Pemberton's finest vineyards, we're delighted to unveil our delicious Jaspers gourmet boards filled with a hand-picked selection of treats to enjoy with those wines; a trio of cheese from Nannup’s Cambray, Italian prosciutto and salami, Knutsford Gourmet crackers & lavosh, Great Southern Groves olives, The Epicurean Foodie Peach Bourbon Paste, seasonal fruit, soft dried apricots, dry roasted nuts & Southern Forests Chocolate.

Each tasting is around 50ml, so any three tastings are approximately one standard glass of wine, and our updated Tavern License allows us to sell single and mixed cases of Southern Forest wines to take home.

This was our second time staying at Jaspers in Pemberton. The accommodation is excellent and centrally located in town. It is set up to relax and has a coffee machine in the room for your morning cuppa. We would also recommend dining at Jaspers restaurant. It has great food and being whisky enthusiasts an excellent selection to explore.

We stayed in a Jaspers Cabin for 3 nights. The cabin was very comfortable and very well fitted out. The mini kitchen was hidden behind a panel but had everything we needed. We ate at Jaspers Bar each night - the food was great and the local wine exceptional

Die drei Cabins sind neu und komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Ein Herd fehlt zwar, aber kalte Küche ist überhaupt kein Thema und Lokale gibt es in Pemberton auch. In der Nebensaison eingeschränkt, aber Chefingo’s hat 7 Tage geöffnet. Die Cabins sind sehr sauber und ruhig, das Bett perfekt. Und das Bad ist eine positive Überraschung. In Pemberton und Umgebung gibt es absolut viele Freizeitvergnügen, wofür man fast eine Woche dort verbringen kann. Mir ＞60 hat es sehr gefallen.

GREAT LOCATION, modern and stylish, these apartments were both convenient and private. We could walk out the door and be on the main road in just one minute, but the way they have been designed make them feel very private. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchenette well stocked. My partner and I loved dining at Jaspers Bar next door one night, and at the Pembi Pub the other night, just a short stroll up the street. We also appreciated being able to walk to our pick-up-point for the Pemberton Discovery Tour (a must-do tour while visiting Pembi). Would recommend to singles or couples looking for a modern, comfortable apartment, close to all the amenities Pemberton has to offer.

I booked all cabins at Jaspers for my wedding in March. My husband and I had the end cabin and it was peaceful, stylish and very clean. The double glazing made a huge difference. My family had the other 2 cabins and they raved about the facilities and how modern and stylish they were. The shower is fantastic and the hidden kitchen area is a fantastic idea. We enjoyed the coffee machine and pods provided. There is a semi private terrace for you to relax and enjoy the country sounds and air. The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of space for luggage. There are bike racks at the front of each cabin. The Main Street of Pemberton is a short walk away. Make sure you dine at Jaspers bar as the food is exceptional and the array of whiskey great. I’d recommend Jaspers cabins to anyone.

We booked our cabin when we made our Wedding anniversary dinner reservation, knowing that we were going to sample several whiskies and did not want to worry about driving anywhere. The location is perfect, being just off the main street of Pemberton. The cabins are well appointed, with a coffee machine, WiFi and chromecast available. The bed deserves a special mention, it was exceptionally comfortable.

Lovely modern cabins at the back of Jaspers restaurant. We stayed in 'Speyside' middle of the 3 units. Large main room with large comfortable double bed, and well equipped kitchenette, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, fridge. Big wardrobe with a very big sliding door that covers the kitchenette area. Also has a safe. Easy to use air con. Good size bathroom with level entry to large powerful shower. Small terrace area at the front of the unit with 2x wall bike storage units. Can highly recommend and just a short walk to the restaurant, and Pemberton Tramway.

What an amazing place to stay! The cabins are so well appointed, down to the finer details! The compostable pods and fresh milk really make a nice touch! Unfortunately, we didn't make it to the whiskey bar this time - just an excuse to come back in the future!

We loved our stay at Jasper's cabins. Very modern and stylish with everything you need for a short stay. Beds super comfortable and check in simple. I would have loved some comfier outdoor furniture, but that is a minor negative. We also had a delicious dinner and whisky at the whiskey bar with great food and service. We look forward to returning!
