We absolutely loved our stay here, the hotel was beautiful, a warm welcome was given when we arrived late at night. Throughout our stay all staff were attentive, friendly and went above and beyond. We only ate breakfast in the hotel but this had lots of choice and varied every day. A white party was organised by the hotel which was so much fun on a sunny afternoon. The evening entertainment was varied and very good. A couple of things to bear in mind which have been mentioned in previous reviews, the deluxe double room has the toilet in the bedroom and isn't a sealed unit, this didn't bother us but just to be aware. Or room 122 was right outside the restaurant and had a smoking table for guests next to it so wasn't private and loud with staff, albeit very friendly, all around during busy times, however we would most definitely go back, such a lovely hotel on a hill (46 steps, we counted every time) and a short walk from the beach.

The highlight of this hotel definitely has to be the super friendly staff, they were always happy to chat and went out of their way to be welcoming and attentive. Shout outs to Max, Sebastian and Laura especially but all of the staff were wonderful! The hotel also kindly gifted me a bottle of cava and cake for my birthday whilst I was away which was very thoughtful. The food is of excellent standard, we went half board and the range of foods on offer and themed nights kept things varied and interesting for our seven night stay so that we only went outside of the hotel for one night for dinner. The entertainment offered was really fun and was busy every night we were there which helped create a bit of a buzz and fun! We did not have any issues getting a sunbed by the pool however I could see at peak time e.g school holidays this being a bit trickier. The prices at the bar for drinks were reasonable and actually a lot cheaper I felt than other resorts/hotels. Our room was spotlessly clean and good air con. The toilets in the room are slightly see through so whilst this was not a problem for us the hotel did give the opportunity to upgrade to a junior suite room which may help if you don’t feel comfortable with this! The hotel is handily located for nearby shops, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach which was great to mix things up from the pool! All in all this was a fabulous stay which I would highly recommend and would love to go back!!

An amazing hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, food is wonderful, pool a delight. A nice class of guest who bother to dress up for the evening meal. You won’t find any football shirts or tracky bottoms here thank goodness. Rooms were spacious with a lovely view of the pool. 5 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely go again. All guests and staff very respectful of each other. Nightly entertainment was fun. A very chilled and relaxed stay. Thank you. 😀

Really top class hotel, very friendly. Good food and very clean. It’s a hotel I would recommend, to anyone plus it’s set in a very nice resort. The staff were excellent and very very friendly, from the staff on reception to the young girls organising the entertainment.

WOW What a gem of a Hotel go home tomorrow after 2 amazing weeks .The food staff and rooms are top notch great choice of food for all tastes. Nothing is too much trouble staff very polite and obliging. The Hotel is situated about 5min walk to beach area lots of shops,bars and restaurants nearby.We were a little dubious about coming to Paguera but it's beautiful will defo come back 😋 have enjoyed so much friends are coming out in a few weeks time on our recommendation .Thank you for a fab hol.Room 316 lovely pool view.John and Karen
