It‘s a place in Palma and the prices include meals. The mail is fair enough for the price, but not so good at asthma expected and the house is a little bit Oddbods OK the price is there.

壁が薄く隣の音が気になる人は気になる。 かなりコンパクトな部屋だったが、寝泊まりするには十分。 設備面であと一歩な部分はあるが、朝食等、変えられるところで努力が見えるので印象は良かった。

I have just spent a wonderful week at Concha Soul choosing this small boutique hotel over its larger neighbouring hotels in Paguera. Situated in a lovely quiet spot, with orange trees outside the door , it feels more like staying with family than a hotel. Rooms are simple and comfortable with lovely outside balcony, nothing flash here, just a good value, extremely friendly and welcoming place to stay. I was out of season so Paguera was ultra quiet and beautiful with local restaurants serving amazing value beautiful seafood and wide range of delicious foods of any description. Paguera has charm, is very clean and just half hour from the airport, with lovely beaches. Music and live music night in the bar at Concha Soul were lovely and the bar itself and interior / exterior welcoming and with great character. Warmest thanks to you Oscar and your lovely team , I will certainly be returning .

Kleines sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit einer gepflegten Außenanlage mit Sitzgelegenheiten, einem Schwimmbad sowie einem Liegebereich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Zum Frühstück gibt es eine reichhaltige Auswahl an Brot, Brötchen und unterschiedliche Croissants. Dazu Aufschnitt, div. Käsesorten, Eiern, Speck, Tomaten, Gurken, Salat sowie unterschiedliches frisches Obst, diverse Marmeladen und auch Müslisorten. Neben unterschiedlichen Kaffeevariationen werden zum Frühstück auch verschiedene andere Getränke/Säfte angeboten. Die Bar ist gut sortiert und auch das Abendessen ist empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich war schon mehrmals hier und war stets zufrieden

Middelgroot hotel met huiselijke sfeer. Mooie ruime kamers. Geen geluidsoverlast. Sfeervol ingericht. Heerlijk driegangen menu en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijke receptioniste en warme ontvangst. Ik zou zeker terugkeren

We only stayed one night and it was out of season but enjoyed our stay. The hotel is up a short hill from the town and the entrance drive of the hotel is quite steep, but if you don’t have any mobility issues it’s only a short walk down to town and the beach. Our room was comfortable with a good sized wardrobe with hangers which would have been handy for a longer stay. We had a balcony that looked out on the pool area, which might have been loud in high season. A couple of minor points with the room- the sliding door to the balcony was only held closed by a flimsy catch that hooked onto a screw in the frame. It could easily have been pulled open from the outside and as there were structures around the pool that someone could have climbed on to get to the first floor balcony this was a security risk. Also the shower surged between hot and cold - it was only ever cold for maybe half a second so more of an irritation as opposed to preventing you from staying in and getting properly cleaned. There was a good choice at breakfast, I enjoyed the cinnamon porridge and the pots of yoghurt with fruit and oats. There were lots of cold drinks, including prosecco to make a Buck’s Fizz. Me pareció caro para lo que es. 2 noches final de septiembre 286€ La habitación pequeña y .muy deteriorada. La lamparilla no funcionaba,( lo arreglaron enseguida) el tirador del armario de caía y el cierre de la terraza también hecho una pena. Personal, restaurante y ambiente bueno.

Me gustaría que todo el mundo sepa que sois unos estafadores; cerráis una sociedad y abris otra para no pagar a los proveedores, en mi caso de empresa que suministra la alimentación para los clientes; siendo los mismo propietarios; vergüenza de empresarios por llamarlos de alguna manera

This hotel was so nice, a real boutique hotel. We booked the budget room and the room was nice, clean and comfortable.Our room had a small balcony with a couple of comfy seats.From the moment we arrived , the staff did their very best to make us feel at home.They were all very attentive and smiley.The swimming pool was very clean.The food was good, breakfast had a good choice of cereals, pastries, breads and hot food as well as many different yoghurts, fruit and juices as well as hot drinks.if you are half board, there is a very good choice on the menu (check their website to see the menu) and portions are generous. The hotel is at the top of a small hill, we booked a Hoppa transfer from the airport but there is also a public bus from the airport , but then you would have to drag cases up the hill while the Hoppa bus takes you right in front of the hotel and picks you up there too.Paguera is a really nice town and its town centre is about 4 minutes walk.Hotel rents out umbrellas for the beach and beach towels. I recommend this hotel to everyone, families, couples and single people.

So many inadequacies. The only plus was a decent room size with constant cold aircon. 1. Breakfast shocking. Prepared at 8am and the "hot" buffet left to dry out in bain Marie pots with lids on. Unedible after 8.15.Meat and cheese, bread and all other items left to dry out in the warm air. Porridge in a pot with milk at 8am on a stove and still in a liquid state at 10.30. One day I ordered chips one afternoon, only to cancel my order after waiting 40 mins!!! Small plate of paella given instead, AFTER PLEADING WITH Staff, some rude and some nice. Finally and to cap a miserable stay, my towels were removed from my sunbed to accommodate Oscar's "friends" WHO WERE ONLY VISITORS FOR THE DAY!!! Owner Oscar out of touch with reality and too busy looking after "friends" over clients. Probably my 5th and final time here and despite chats with the management over the years "fawlty towers" continues.

Thank you for this amazing week staying in your lovely hotel! All of you did a great job! It is such a personal atmosphere and you all give the hotel guests such a good feeling. For me it was like staying with friends and i appreciate and really loved to listening to music in the guest-room in the evening :) - after a delicious meal. Big compliment for the kitchen. Also special thanks for the Live-music on last sunday and on friday. I really feel sun in my heart after being your guest the last 7 days! Birge (Wikinger)

Just finished 7 nights and I had the most amazing time. It is fair to say that the building is a bit weathered and not to everyone's idea of picturesque but I put this down to recent storms. Ultimately, it is the people who have made my stay so enjoyable. (both the incredibly nice staff and other attending guests.) - I really felt welcome and at home during my visit. The aura of the place is exactly what I hoped for. Zero rowdiness or noisy crowds which ticks all of my boxes. .... Loved it.

Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen! Die Lage des Hotels war für uns optimal. Es liegt ruhig und dennoch zentral. Bis zum Boulevard (Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte, etc.) sowie bis zum Strand ist es nicht weit, vielleicht 5-8 Minuten. Unser Zimmer war relativ klein und war im Erdgeschoss. Vollkommen ausreichend für unsere Zwecke. Es war sauber, ruhig und hatte eine kleine Terrasse. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel und würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. ☺️
