Ein schönes kleines, modernes und sauberes Hotel mit super Lage und mega freundlichem Personal

They only took cash for the “tourist fee” you had to pay extra to use the mini fridge, also in cash - even though they had a card terminal. Pillows were flat and the breakfast poor. However the pool was nice and there was a short walk to the beach. Location was good.

Purtroppo non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto presenti nel sito web perché dal vivo è totalmente diverso. Camera sporca con tanto di zanzare appiccicate su muri e mobili da prima del nostro arrivo. In 1 settimana di soggiorno non ci hanno mai cambiato lenzuola e federe. Il Buffet oltre a chiudere alle 20:00 (mi sembra un po’ presto) era scarso in tutto; cibo freddo e poco curato. Peccato perché oltre alla posizione, vicino alla spiaggia, non trovo altro di positivo.

My wife and I stayed here towards the end of April for 3 nights and can highly recommend it. What a little gem of a hotel. Really bright and modern and fastidiously clean, I mean spotless everywhere. It’s clearly had a lot of money spent on it and has been upgraded and modernised throughout. The pool area has been completely renovated and is beautiful with sun pretty much all day on several sides. Pool water was too cold in April for me but there were some guests braving it. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and always happy to help. The bar area, reception area and outside terrace with tables and chairs was modern and had plenty of pretty seating areas. Guest rooms were excellent, again very modern and surprisingly spacious. You could tell they had been updated but not completely renovated, just part renovated as there are still some remnants of its former life, but enough has been done to the rooms and bathrooms to make them very comfortable and modern and we certainly had zero complaints. The twin beds pushed together were comfortable and our pool view from the 3rd floor was perfect. Perhaps the only criticism would be the air conditioning wasn't great. The daytime weather was a sunny 23 degrees so the air con kept us just about cool enough during the night. However it would have been better if the controls allowed the setting to be a little cooler. Before we went, I saw some grumbles online from some older reviews regarding noise but we didn't experience any noise at all during our stay and the hotel was almost full. Other guests were mainly couples of all ages and small families who were respectful and not rowdy. We couldn't hear our neighbours at all unless they were out on their balcony, and there was only very little noise later on in the evening from lively bars and restaurants nearby. The location is literally one row back from the main street so you are right in the centre of town and the beach is less than 5 minute walk - a perfect spot to stay. I think Paguera is predominantly a German holiday resort but there were still plenty of other nationalities there. I felt it was a great mix of people from all over Europe and even heard several other British accents. Most bars and restaurants we went into spoke first to us in German but as soon as we responded in English, they quickly switched to English with no issues at all. Due to landing a great deal, we booked directly with the hotel on their own website and got a free late checkout too. We chose to stay on a half board basis where we genuinely enjoyed the food. It may not have been amazing but it was always hot, fresh, plentiful and tasty. There were several hot and cold choices at the buffet for both breakfast and dinner and we were really happy with that. I'm sure some fussy eaters may struggle but we tried everything and it was honestly all pretty decent. The price we paid was excellent and the hotel was exactly what we wanted. Prima hotel om een weekje te verblijven,vriendelijke staf,behulpzaam en qua hygiëne top! Wij hadden alleen ontbijt en dit was ruim voldoende qua keuze!! Geen gehorige kamer of geluidsoverlast ergens van. Mooie kamer op de 3e verdieping met balkon, uitzicht op het zwembad en zelfs in de verte zag je de zee. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf!!😊

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral man ist in 2 Minuten am Strand und auf der Promenade. Die Bushalte-Stelle nach Palma ist auch in 2 Min erreichbar (Bus Nr.102 Preis 4,50€) Die Zimmer sind sehr schön neu renoviert, sauber und ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Beim Essen gibt es keine besonders große Auswahl ist aber trotzdem für jeden etwas dabei. Ich finde es gut, dass man einen Tisch zugewiesen bekommt, den man dann auch den ganzen Aufenthalt für sich hat. Die Zimmer auf die Hinterhofseite sind sehr ruhig, da auf der Vorderseite eine Disco steht. Würde ich die Hinterzimmer eher empfehlen wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und würde dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.
