Lack of ownership of the staff. The job is done as the level of commitment so the leadership is satisfied, which is very poor.

It was secured and parking was easy. Didn’t like that it's rooms were not updated. Furniture looked old. My bed was squeaky and not confortable. Bathroom was terrible, needed repairs. Sink was kind of broken and also the cup holder and where you put your toothbrushes.

I originally had a reservation for a single room at the adjoining Casa Loma, which had no TV and looked like a prison cell. I upgraded to a bigger room at the adjoining property for more money. Nice staff and good breakfast at no additional cost. Property is not near the beach, which is several miles away. A number of guests had no vehicles and seemed trapped. If you don't have a vehicle, you probably don't want to stay here. I would probably not stay here again

Love the pool we was able to cook a fish that we caught and breakfast was nice. The bed has the spring broke and the mattress sink. Bed sheets keep coming out

Este es un hotel sencillo, pero súper bien ubicado, pues esta en la vía principal. Desde allí se pueden visitar las mejores playas de la región. Es comodo, limpio y tranquilo. Tienen habitaciones para diversos presupuestos. La piscina no es muy grande pero suficiente para lo que se necesita y con buen ambiente. Tienen buena area de estacionamiento y bastante seguro. Muy comodo para familias y como esta en el pueblo de Pedasí, se puede conocer la vida nocturna caminando desde allí por los diferentes restaurantes. Muy recomendado.
