Feedback on Recent Stays
I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel approximately a month ago and again recently. During my first visit, I was approached by the Manager, who was both friendly and sincere in seeking feedback. She informed me that the hotel had come under new management as of December 2024 and expressed a genuine interest in improving the guest experience.
At that time, I shared my observations, particularly that the breakfast offerings were heavily tailored to Filipino tastes and might not cater well to international guests. I also pointed out the unclean condition of the bathroom in my room, which the Manager appeared quite surprised by it!
Upon my return a month later, I was pleased to notice a clear improvement in the breakfast selection, reflecting a broader variety more suited for an international clientele. This positive change shows that my feedback was taken seriously and acted upon, which I greatly appreciate.
However, I regret to note that the condition of the bathroom remained unchanged and still did not meet expected cleanliness standards. I hope this issue can be addressed with the same attentiveness shown to the breakfast improvements.
