Lemon Tree Premier, Rishikesh

The stay was very comfortable, the entire staff and Radha (very efficient and well mannered) Sachin and Alok and House keeping manager Mr. Sonu, Mr. Ravindra were very cordial and helpful. I really had a wonderful time here. She was very sweet cordial and prompt.

I booked Lemon tree premier for its accessibility to the ram and Laxman jhula as well as to dive deep in the spectacular Ganga view. However , they didn’t disappoint me in terms of hospitality, Anjali was a great host. She was extremely polite and helpful. I would also like to mention Shilpa and the girl in saree who was managing Hi-tea. They were very welcoming. The evening Ganga Aarti was a divine experience. Also, the guard near the Mandala and the one working near the parking were great at their jobs. The golf cart makes it convenient to reach the road. We are also thankful to the management for upgrading our room. The breathtaking view of Ganga and Rishikesh market lights are to die for. Gym was also neat and clean. Food was good and hygienic. We had pahadi thali in dinner and it was authentic and delicious. Breakfast was nice too. The only suggestion would be a fast service as there was 20 min delay in sending chapatis when we asked for a refill at the dinner. Otherwise, whenever I will come to Rishikesh, I would book my stay here only.

All staff are very extremely helpful and friendly! Front desk staff are very accommodating and kind! Dinning room staff are always attentive friendly and helpful! Special thanks to: Amit Kumar ,Rakesh,and restaurant manger Mr Sunil ,and Radha I will definitely recommend this beautiful place!! Thank you!

En nuestra estadía hemos tenido una excelente atención y ayuda en todo lo que hemos necesitado, el hotel es limpio , situado a orillas del Ganges , precioso La comida es excelente y en el restaurant si bien todos los que atienden son muy atentos queremos destacar a Rhada quien siempre estuvo sonriente, atenta y pronta a explicarnos que contenía la Comida de origen vegetariano y ayudarnos a seleccionar Felicitaciones a la Gerencia y Staff

The location of hotel is very good but the hotel is age old and needs serious attention on its room interior. The broken things in room are really annoying. The staff is courteous specially Mr Parmar who helped us a lot. The owners of the resort needs to invest in its renovation otherwise wonderful property will get deteriorated. The food is below average and strong need to change the chef.

Awesome views, brilliant service, delicious food. Great experience all round. Will definitely stay again
