Hi it was lovely visit and we enjoyed the stay and they took care of my child also and chef Dipak , chef Ganesh and Restuarant staff and Pankaj they all were so helpful and caring really we enjoyed the food everything was amazing and nice place to stay just little far from main city

The experience was short as i went for one night but nonetheless worthwhile Staff was sooo caring, the chef came twice and checked on me personally with tasty complimentary desserts The GM was extremely courteous, the food was sumptuous and location serene.... All in all 5 stars 🌟

The location of the Resort is Great. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Everybody used to take prersonal care that your stay was wonderfull. Overall they created a great vacation. Special mention to their cheff Mr Dipak and his restuarant staff to make our stay very memorable. I would give them 10 out of 10

Taj Rishikesh is a luxury hotel located in a beautiful ambience surrounded by mountains with Mother Ganga flowing beside the property. If you enter the property you will have all good peace and fresh air 🙏 The facilities are great inside with 3 restaurants, Rock flour that is a all time restuarant and coffee shop that serves local food and also a wide spread continental , western & Indian cuisine. Food is really delicious 😋 and the young team execute great hospitality under the great. captainship of Ms.Gulabsa. She stays most of the times at the restaurant supervising and personally taking care of the guests . A special kudos to the entire team, Hemlata, Renu,Nikita, Gulabsa, Sapna , Karan, Ayush kitchen, vikram , Ayush F& B, Ewanshu , Montu ( the photo of Rock Flour staff below from the left to right with the above name order is attached) and Varun The other two restaurants are Himalayan and Italian pizzeria they serve local cuisine and also an Italian pizzeria. Unfortunately didn't have time to experience The other great facility at the hotel is the Jiva spa that is really superior and is worth trying it . We were a family of four and we tried Aromatic + Potli massage treatment and it was amazing and relaxing 😎. Kudos to the team of Shivani / Devika/ ujala ( photo enclosed below). Shivani takes yoga and sound healing classes for the guests and is a different experience . A special mention to Shyam Goyal the wellness manager Front office boy Shauriya ,varun was very helpful to take care of our airport transfers Overall a great holiday destination someone will never miss

Actually no words to describe TAJ RISHIKESH … it’s location …in the lap of The Ganges… between mountains … a complete serene experience… that aura … that holistic feeling… it was like something was shaken deep within … mere peace … mentally rejuvenated … actually it was so tough to say goodbye to this place … this serenity… this aura Taj Rishikesh is just incredible in it’s hospitality … it’s warmth …. It’s unmatched staff n best part was that Pahadi food…. Uffff…. Just fell in love with it …. N bestest best part was meeting my loving friend…. THE MANOJ MISHRA … indeed he’s larger than life kinda person … nobody can replace him in pampering people … or like spoiling them with it … from love to care … from sharing food to sharing his knowledge… from welcoming us to departing us …sooooo many memories… Eagerly waiting for our next trip … Hopefully it will be sooner

The food and service at Riverside are truly exceptional! I absolutely loved the unmatched hospitality at Taj Rishikesh—it made the experience unforgettable. Akshay was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every need was taken care of with such warmth. Chef Suraj’s dishes were absolutely delicious—each bite was a treat. Celebrating my birthday dinner here was a wonderful experience I’ll always cherish.

It was a great experience at Riverside. We ordered local food and it was super yummy and very delicately prepared. The margarita was made by a local flower infusion which tasted really nice! The food was amazing and amazing service by Akshay and Team.

Amazing property ***** the Ganges river. The whole place is extremely peaceful and perfect for a retreat. The Taj hospitality is always amazing and this one did not disappoint at all. Shyam Goyal, who had multiple responsibilities, helped us during our entire stay. Karishma at check in explained the whole place and activities in the resort. We attended the evening aarti at the Ganga river beach. Very well performed and attended. The food at the Riverside restaurant was authentic Pahadi cuisine for us. The breakfast every day had the best live counters. The service was impeccable and the food delicious. You can order ala carte ***** with the spread if you want something different every day. Chef Ayush was very good in the couple of dishes he prepared for us. Priyanka was great in the restaurant and worked really hard during dinner and breakfast. We got Spa treatments done, Chandon and Shobani were very well versed in the treatment details. Chandon had a background of Ayurveda and suggested a few different treatments. The bar was well stocked, though the service there was slow. There was a Santoor player, Shabbir, who provided live entertainment for breakfast and dinner. The village ladies performed lighting of the Diyas every evening with folk songs. Dipankar the artist was there in the morning if you wanted to get a portrait done. Yoga and Sound meditation were basic but still well organized. There were some VIPs staying in the resort for a night, and it caused a lot of commotion with security guards and the hotel staff attention being diverted to them. Shyam saved the day for the rest of us. Thanks Shyam. Highly recommend this place for a good break with nature.

Soulful Getaway at Taj Resorts & Spa – May 2025 This three-night stay at Taj Resorts & Spa was a cherished Mother’s Day gift from my daughter, and it truly felt like a gift to my soul. Nestled between the serene Ganga river and the majestic mountains, about 1.5 hours from downtown Rishikesh, the location is nothing short of magical. The energy of the place is powerful, calming, and deeply spiritual , the kind that stays with you long after you’ve left. Time flew by , those three days felt like mere moments in the embrace of nature and peace. The Ganga Aarti was an unforgettable experience, mesmerizing and sacred. The only thing I felt missing was a translation of the shlokas. A lovely German girl beside me was keen to understand their meaning, and I thought how wonderful it would be if an English-speaking priest could offer brief explanations or if small note cards with English translations could be made available for visitors from around the world. The food at the resort was absolutely divine , a beautiful spread of flavourful dishes, including exotic fruits and vegetables. Every meal felt like a celebration of taste and health. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing staff who made our stay so warm and comfortable. Special mention to Ankit, Vikram, Shruti, Akhilesh, and Gulabsa, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Gulabsa’s thoughtful gesture of packing our breakfast for the journey back was the sweetest farewell. Thank you, Taj, for the unforgettable memories. I miss every minute of it and will surely return , next time, for a longer, even deeper experience.

property is located on hill top extended to down stairs to ganga river . due to jungle area there are uncountable lizards but shocking thing is it was coming in our room balcony. i was sitting in balcony and enjoying our beer all of sudden a very big lizard of around 35 cm which is very very big came in our balcony. i literally got scared coz it was not a normal lizard. I immediately closed the door and call the housekeeping. .shocked to know their reply that mam there are number of and it will not harm. it's not about harm it is seeing lizard of big size is very scary thing . if u let your door open it might enter in room and can hide in washroom or below bed. i wasted my money in staying there as evry where where u will go either panchavati tree or peeble beach number of lizards on floor roming here n there. worst experience coudn't enjoy my stay. not a safe property for kids and those who are scared of home lizards .

we were so happy with the service beautiful property it was and the staff made us feel like home no complications so giving and one of the best experiences it was such spiritual vibes and positivity not greedy for the money the only motive they had was giving us all that they can thank you taj rishikesh

I had a last minute plan of going to taj Rishikesh spa and resort for lunch with my fiancé and mother in law. And because I had a surprise planned for my fiancé, I tried contacting the property and Mr. Chandan was guiding and helping me through the last minute till my proposal was executed. He was truly very cooperative and made sure that every moment was special for us. Also the F&B department was very kind to provide us with Jain food. I’m truly very happy with the food, the hospitality, the service and last minute executions.
