This resort is situated at the bank of ganga river, can soak in the river here and have some quality time with friends and family. Also if the flow is too much in the river, one can try the pool. Loved the food and service provided by the staff here

Beware of this property. Resort management is not less than thieves. Mostly time they don’t have electricity & management keep making you fool while saying that it will be fix within few mins… Evening you need to spend without music & after sunset you don’t have option to move in other resort. They won’t refund a single penny even if you have to spend night without electricity & food. Yes without food because they give excuses that how chefs will cook food without electricity. Their swimming pool is full of diseases & polluted as they don’t have staff to get it clean. Trust me everything I mentioned above faced by me, my friends & family there & had to check out at 2 am midnight. Worst experience I ever had. Around 30-40 people checked out in the same night when hotel management denied for food because of electricity cut. Date was 22nd June 2024.

The path to the resort is a bit messy and narrow. after reaching the resort it seems okay in terms of view. The rooms aren't that great. The food is also average but the service is fast. It is nearby a river and facing majestic mountains good for winter days.

Visited this resort just 2 days back , we were 4 adults,2kids,2infants , if there is a rating below one star pls take that . Firstly (location) = the place where this resort is nothing less then waling down a sewer line, im not exagarrating , you will have to park the car in a separate car parking which is charged and not provided by the hotel itself , it costed us approx 600 for 2 nights , neverthless from where the parking is and to the hotel its almost 500m downhill with a stream of water from some ganda nalla flowing down , mixd with everything you can imagine , you have to walk down and climb up a steeep hill on the way up . Definately wont recommend for aged and children . There are othet resorts in the same vicinity with far better location and accesibility Second (charges) - for what they are charging and what you are getting is no match at all , moreover there is a scam in the hotel , they charge for a toddler or a child too - for instance we had 2 children and we adjusted on a single bed , no one came to provide an extra mattress or bed - however we were forced approx 2000 per night for 1 child over and above the original booking , i am ready to pay extra but there is just no service at all and facilities except the pool is substandard . Thirdly(manager or owner's behaviour and attitude) - money minded , zero hospitality , zero courtesy attitude , we had 2 instances of the same , one before checkin one of our cotravellers were to cancel the booking due to a medical emergency - the owner instead of showing courtesy said to me that this is your problem if your friend cant come you pls manage someone else , else we will charge you 100% Second instance when we questioned the child charges above similar attitude was shown . Really disapointing experience

We did not have pleasant here. A day before they called me and told us that our room has been cancel-led and upon discussion they told me that they had over booking and were giving excuse so that we agree on the cancellation but later they provided us the room. The resort has poor management, also ac were not working and food is below average. In all i will give 1 star and will not recommend for the stay.
