Kindly allow us to clarify that the room with higher floor is subject to room availability upon arrival. If there is any room on the higher floor, we would surely provide you free-of-charge. No additional fee will have to be collected. However, we were running very high occupancy so there was no room available to change. Regarding on the broken glass, we can guarantee that there is none of behavior you describe in the review that our team member would do. This vase is custom-made from the northern region of Thailand and has to be order in the whole big lot. The price we charged for damage item to you was obviously discounted from the clearly clarified price list. Regarding on the breakfast, we have passed your feedback to our Food and Beverage team for improvement while making sure that we keep our reasonable price we charged to our valued guests. Regarding on the swimming pool, please be well-noted that our swimming pool is not a temperature-controlled swimming pool, which is similar to most of the hotels in Pattaya city.
