設備比較老舊，房間插座很少要插個插座都要到處找床頭也沒有設置插座、泳池還OK、烤箱整修中沒辦法進去體驗、早餐還算OK

First I book mar 14-15 which is wrong day and my credit card is charged
After I know I do new book mar 15-16 and sent email to Trip.com to cancel my first book but he cannot
so I request this hotel and she says yes this hotel sent mail to Trip.com no charge me
But now I have not message from Trip.com that he cancels my credit-card or not

ลานจอดรถใต้ตึกของโรงแรมไฟไม่สว่าง ดูเป็นอันตราย เข้าพักห้องแรกน้ำรั่วซึมลงมาจากชั้นบนหยดใส่ศรีษะเวลานั่งทำธุระที่ชักโครก พนักงานเลยอัพเกรดห้องให้ใหม่ แต่ความสะอาดไม่สะอาดเท่าที่ควร เพราะตามขอบหน้าต่างยังมีฝุ่นอยู่ ตู้เย็นเก่าไปนิดค่ะ แต่สถานที่ติดทะเลราคาไม่แรงมาก

I love that this hotel has aur conditioned shuttle bus to terminal 21 (mall). It is the quickest way to move about in the area. With my 5 days of stay, I never witness anyone cleaning the pool earliest morning or late afternoon like most hotels pool owners. I really wanted to use the pool but I didn't. I can just imagine hair and body scum on the flooring. As everyone can see, pool users, staff and management the water is murky. Tile floor is slimmy look. Hotel really needs to clean the pool everyday before someone gets sick.
Some staff needs to be more approachable; looks like they don't want to be bothered at all. It is visitors that's giving them their income so be more personable, you might get tips.
