Nova Park Hotel Pattaya arvostelua

I was a solo traveler. This hotel had a kitchen in the room and it was very helpful in order to keep my meals. Also very clean swimming pool.

For the price, I can't complain much. The hotel neara all the eating place, and the shopping center The swimming pool was nice; the gym could used a little maintenance. Staff are nice and friendly.

The room was filthy.  I had to buy my own mop and cleaning supplies.  I was there for 9 days, and they changed the sheets one time.  The water pressure was horrible; the handheld showerhead was broken. The staff was rude anytime I asked for anything.  The first night, I wiped down the sink area, and the entire towel was covered in what I would identify as rust; the other towels left for my stay had visible stains.  I took them to the front desk, where I was told that housekeeping would be unable to give me new ones until the next day. The next day, I asked for an extra towel, and the housekeeper charged me 20 bahts.   The gym pictures are from a different property.   The staff never smiled. The place is next to a rather loud disco that does not close until 6 a.m., which I assume makes this hotel the after-party, as several guests decide to have parties with their doors open, screaming and making noise all hours of the night. I would never stay here again, and you should do yourself the favor and avoid it at all costs.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice and big swimming pool. The rooms are big and there is everything you need for a happy life. Thanks to the hotel staff for your smiles :)

Really disappointed with this hotel It's a noisy hotel, people running around the corridors in the middle of the night and yes you do hear the music from the nearby nightclub.  The staff do nothing about the noise from other guests.     The rooms are very dated and need upgrading.  The sad thing is you could make the rooms really nice with just a little bit of investment.  When we arrived in our room there was ashtrays in the lounge and bedroom, so obviously smoking is permitted.   The window in our room would not lock either, so anyone could have climbed through it The facilities you see for this hotel is not actually from this hotel.  They are from the sister hotel round the corner.  Breakfast is also served at the sister hotel and not in this hotel Housekeeping is a effort too, they will only give you more water bottles when you return the old ones Everything seemed like a huge effort for the front desk staff We were to stay here 22 nights, we left half way through and checked into another hotel

Older of the Nova group hotels I use, perfectly adequate large comfortable studio room 40m+. Comfy huge bed, decent TV and Aircon. Plumbing reflected the age with slightly eccentric shower settings. Nice big pool area, large car park and dining, drinking options close by, and of course 7/11 within 100m. Location is perfect for me 10 mins walk to 2nd rd/3rd rd or Pattaya Klang (central) good value for large room.

Good hotel to stay , have stayed before! Family Suite is brilliant with 2 Rooms Ans ample space for kids .
