Hotel Tropicana Pattaya arvostelua

Great location. It is an old hotel but spacious with a big lateral feel to it.. for the beach, which is literally across the road. 7/11 100metres ..I would stay again but don’t expect anything in the way of extra frills. Keep windows closed (flies) . The staff HR should get a credit as they are more ‘FOCUSED’ on the guest’s requests!!! An improvement .. Ying on reception and the duty manager are very efficient.. The attitude is one of ‘we will actually fix this if it’s possible’…Not one of creating a Us and Them (guest) attitude. No1 priority in any worthwhile hotel is the Hotel’s Guests being content!! And Mike the head concierge very good.. I would stay again.. Just one thing…put New Mattresses on your priority list!! You will score highly if you do so… regards Paul

Good location close to Beach and central festival , rooms ok , breakfast not bad , not bad to stay for couple of days

GOOD HOTEL

這次去住的經驗還不錯，房間乾淨，飯店的地理位置很方便，已經出過好幾次了，早上起床從房間的陽台看著游泳池很舒服，有渡假的感覺

酒店比較陳舊了，屋內有一股黴味。不知道是不是因為海邊的原因。地理位置優越，離海邊很近，離walking street也不遠。酒店內花園也很大。服務不錯。

整體很一般，圖個便宜離海邊近有陽台，住的是靠近6巷那邊，一共有三層，另一邊有兩層，沒電梯，酒吧音響被旁邊發現擋着晚上睡覺還好點，沒那麼吵鬧，如果不幸像我一樣被分到三層最盡頭就比較麻煩了，雖然旁邊有旋轉的樓梯，但都要走很長一段路到達前台的出口才可以走向一路或二路。酒店內有游泳池，如果住一層就很方便了，從陽台就可以出去。屋內電視還沒我的電腦顯示器大，就很無語 😂

Nice location, 100 meters away you can find the walking street and food market. Great for those who are looking for a perfect combination of nighttime activities and quietness. There is a swimming pool inside the hotel, outdoor pool, good for sunbathing and just taking a dip. The rooms are in different villas, separated, pretty convenient, since they don’t have elevators. Great room service, immaculate and friendly staff always with smiley faces. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in 😇😇

Хамоватый персонал, полное отсутствие сервиса Отказались возвращать деньги при изменении бронирования, когда поняли, что жить там точно не хотим Убитый номерной фонд, тонкое серое постельное белье в пятнах, такие же полотенца Все стены в сколах и пятнах Из косметики - две небольших ампулы - шампунь и гель для душа, больше ничего. За эту цену хотелось бы хотя бы зубную щетку увидеть например Плитку в душевой кабине отмывать наверное даже не пытались - стены в пятнах, на полу разводы грязи Звукоизоляция в номерах как будто в палатке спишь на burning man Номера с видом на парковку и какую-то помойку Единственный плюс - территория отеля, два бассейна - но плитка на полу сколота и это небезопасно

千萬千萬要留意按金單上的金額！！！我們3個房間付了3000株的按金，然後他讓我在按金單上簽字，在國內好久都沒有付過按金了就直接簽字了。結果退房的時候她就退了我1500株，説是每個房間收了500株的按金！但是我下了飛機就包車來了酒店！很能確定就是給了3張1000株面額的紙幣！我在國內就沒換零錢！ 不過按金單上有我自己簽的字，而且那個時候司機也在等我們了，想想就算了。還是得注意按金問題！簽字之前一定要確認清楚按金金額！ 酒店內沒有一次性的牙膏牙刷，得自己去711買。 不過看在我們在春節定的也就2-3百的價格，感覺也還不錯就是按金最後噁心了一下。而且酒店位置絕佳，出門就是海灘，去哪裡都很方便，邊上就是夜市。 大堂也挺氣派的，就是內部衞生間不咋滴。要是衞生間再好點就好了。

I kept my luggage in the hotel, but when I found my bag, all the cash in the hard-to-find pocket was lost. The keys to the warehouse where the luggage is stored are left unattended in front of the warehouse, and the hotel has not announced that valuables should be stored separately. The hotel says it has checked with CCTV and there is no problem. It also says it made an announcement that it did not make. Guests staying here at the hotel should be careful.
