我在芭提雅一共玩了六天，這個公寓是住的最貴環境最不好的，外面很吵，而且洗簌用品都沒有，拖鞋也沒有.我後面住了2-3個酒店比這個便宜 還要比這個好

ホストさんも丁寧で、スムーズにかつ快適に宿泊できました。 立地、金額、共に納得かと思います。 清掃に関しましては、多少の見落とし箇所はあるものの許容の範囲かと思います。中心地からも近しいのでタイへ頻繁に行く私でも周辺環境、またはソンテウ、徒歩移動、バイクタクシー等で不便なく数分で移動できる位置です。またお世話になれたらと思います。有難うございました！！

美女中國房東溝通都特別順暢，芭提雅市中心的高端公寓，門口有便利店，出行方便，門口有雙條車，哪裡都可以去，頂樓無邊泳池拍照美，樓下酒吧街，房東還可以幫忙定格蘭島和成人秀的特價門票，愉快的旅程，下次再來玩還找這個美女小姐姐

The first time I stayed in the building was approximately 2 years ago. At that time I would’ve given it 5 stars based on location and convenience alone. Yes, the rooms are small but I’m a solo traveler so that doesn’t bother me. My most recent stay (March 2025) sort of opened my eyes to the cons of the place. As many have stated, the elevator situation is a disaster. Also, I stayed in 2 different units during my last visit and I can honestly say that the building certainly had a cockroach problem. I switched units because of it but after seeing them in the 2nd room, I’m led to believe that it’s the entire building. I hope that this gets resolved. I honestly like the building.

I will share my pro's and con's. Pro's- great location, in the midst of everything you need and close by to walking street and the beach. Best roof top pool in pattaya, view of the city and beach. The rooftop infinity pool is beautiful. Bedrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Con's- apartment is very small, considering it has kitchen you would expect it to bigger then a hotel room. The apartment had a strange smell which I didn't like. The lift situation was probably the most annoying of the lot. 3 lifts for an entire building of over 20 floors and god knows how many rooms. Always expect a queue or expect a long wait. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again for this one particular reason, was painful at times. Another downside to the hotel is the outside noise till early morning. Its almost impossible to sleep unless you sleep after 4am.

I visited the Edge restaurants buffet on 19 January 2025 (my 68 birthday) and friends. I have been there numerous and every time it has been a fantastic experience. The best was the level of service we experienced was exceptional and The Hilton chain should be proud of their staff. The food is always well presented, fresh and diverse. Thai, seafood, grill, Malaysian, cheeses, deserts...unlimited for the package. Special mention to Earn who served us during the night. Nothing was too much and her humor professionalism was first class. Thank you

Отзыв отрицательный. При заселении повелся на красивые фоточки бассейна на крыше. МИНУСЫ 1. Огромное количество номеров на этаж. Учитывая 22 этажа. Это конкретный муравейник, похуже мурино или павшинской поймы. 2. Предусмотрено 2 ЛИФТА на ВЕСЬ КОМПЛЕКС. Да они скоростные, но учитывая количество проживающих, ты ВСЕГДА ЖДЕШЬ этот ЛИФТ, ОН ВСЕГДА ЗАБИТ людьми. Ощущение какого то забитого офиса в часы бизнес ланча. 3. Размеры номеров. Я жил один и мне было мало места, даже чемодан не где поставить! Боковые номера буквально 10 кв. метров. Кухня чисто для галочки, реально на ней ничего не приготовить. У меня в номере не было стиральной машинки. Но краем глаза видел, что в других номерах всё таки могут быть. 4. В моем номере был всего один ключ. И если вы случайно захлопните дверь, оставив ключ внутри... Удачи вам связаться с владельцем, чтобы он открыл. Да, на первом этаже есть офис, но всё чем они смогли мне помочь, это отписать владельцу(и на этом спасибо) По итогу будьте добры ждать, когда освободится владелец, приедет и откроет вам дверь.. 5. Бассейн на крыше. Да ребята, за всё время отдыха поднялся я туда 2 раза, а искупался один раз. Во первых на весь комплекс с !!!800!!!! номерами 4 или 5 лежаков... Я думаю понятно, что взять и лечь не получится. Качество воды в бассейне, в таком отвратительном бассейне я первый раз в жизни купался, ощущение, что окунулся в мочу. В воде огромное количество взвеси(кожи и всего другого, что отваливается от людей, вода теплая на столько, что в ней не приятно находиться, плюс по запаху она очевидно "цветет" одним словом фильтр в бассейне не работает и вода не обновляется(на февраль 2024) ПЛЮСЫ 1. Номерной фонд новый и чистый(Хороший ремонт) 2. Сделать "фоточки" на крыше. 3. Расположение комплекса. Но это только для тех, кто любит центр Паттаи(soi buakhao итд) 4. Есть спорт зал(Как всегда номинальный) 5. Есть общая прачечная(Закидываешь монетки, порошок и стираешь). ВЫВОД. Не ведитесь на красивые фотографии крыши. Да, сделано это не плохо, но для конечного отдыхающего максимально бесполезно. В Паттайе огромное количество ОТЕЛЬНОГО номерного фонда, как старого так и нового, в котором вы получите большие площади, ежедневную уборку, ресепшн, завтраки и.т.д. ПО ЦЕНЕ в 2, а то и в 3 ниже чем сдаются эти апартаменты.

Condo Room 304 on 17th Floor. Pleasant room and help available from owner. Kitchen and bathroom area a little dark. The roof pool and roof area are excellent although can be overcrowed at times. There is a great gymnasium and social area that is very pleasant. Views from the room (31st floor) are exceptional. On the downside: there is no restaurant or bar. Alcohol is not allowed in the social area or around the pool area. There are 3 lifts and the wait can be up to 5 minutes at peak times. Cleaning of the room is once a week, if you want it more often there is an additional daily charge. The location is great for the nightlife.
