kid club เด็กของเล่นเยอะดี แต่เด็กเยอะมากๆ ค่อนข้างวุ่นวาย ในลิฟท์ลื่นมาก เนื่องจากแขกผู้เข้าพักเล่นน้ำแบ้วเข้ามาใช้ลิฟท์ เจ้าหน้าที่ยืนกดมือถืออยู่ เช็ดไม่ทัน ดีนะ ลูกล้มเข่ากระแทกอย่างเดียว และกรณีที่ลืมของไว้ที่ห้องพัก ปกติโรงแรม 5 ดาวที่เคยนอน จะมีการโทรมาแจ้งให้เราทราบทันที ที่แม่บ้านเจอของที่ลืมไว้ แต่ที่นีีไม่มีการติดต่ออะไรมา จนเรานึกได้ตอนกลางคืนของวันที่เช็คเอ้า กลับมา กทม เรียบร้อยแล้ว ถึงได้ติดต่อกลับไป

エアコンをOFFにしても 部屋の温度が低く、就寝時において非常に寒かった。　クラブアクセスで宿泊したが、17：30からのミールサポートが他のホテルに比べ見劣りする。 但し、従業員のホスピタリティは良かった。 Even with the air conditioner turned off, the room temperature was low and it was very cold when we went to bed. We stayed at the club access, but the simple meal support from 5:30 p.m. was inferior to other hotels. However, the hospitality of the staff was very good.

Perfect for families! The 2 swimming pools are very nice. Breakfast buffet has a variety of food including kids food and vegetarian. My daughter really loves the kids’ club which has lots of fun activities and sliders. I’ll definitely come back.

하룻밤 숙박했지만 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 얼리 체크인 레이트 체크아웃 다 가능했고, 뷰도 정말 맘에 들었습니다. 비싼 값을 합니다.

接近北邊的海灘，整體舒適,喜歡逛商場的人這個酒店很適合，離**秀展場也近。但價格頗貴，以及離南邊的酒吧街較遠。

I had a very good stay at Holiday Inn Pattaya. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the hotel’s restaurants were excellent. Breakfast offered a wide selection of tasty options, and the infinity swimming pools were a highlight very relaxing with a great view. The rooftop bar and the pool bar were also excellent, offering a great atmosphere and drinks. The staff were friendly, which is something I consistently experience throughout Thailand and always appreciate. However, there were a few points that could be improved. First, the hotel charged a 2,000 THB deposit, even though the website (trip.com) mentioned only 1,000 THB not a major issue, but it would be better to match the stated policy. Second, the bell staff did not offer assistance with my bags during check-in or check-out, even though I had a backpack and handbag. While I can carry them myself, I believe it’s part of the service to offer help so the guest can choose, am I right? 🤔. Anyways, Lastly, there was an occasional sewage smell in the bathroom, which I understand is quite common in Pattaya even at 4- and 5-star hotels. The staff tried to resolve it promptly, but it did return, I guess it’s a normal thing in Pattaya. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel for couples, families with kids, and leisure travelers.
