Absolutely amazing experience! Impeccable service, luxurious rooms, and delicious food. The staff was warm and attentive, making every moment special. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and spa. Truly a five-star stay — I’ll definitely return and recommend it to everyone seeking comfort and class.

Location is the best part of this hotel which is gondola station and view of pine trees with mountains in the backdrop. There are two wings of the hotel. We stayed in Hill View wing of the hotel. We reached late but staff was waiting for us for the check in at 11.55 pm. Our room had all amenities including tea coffee maker and complimentary mineral water. During the stay we relaxed in the lawns and sipped our evening tea on terrace during sunset 🌅

Excellent Location. Next to Patnitop Gondola having scenic view of mountains and grounds. Walking distance from naag mandir. Food is relishing and well prepared. Small play area for toddlers. Great escape from the crowded city. Place to relax and chill. We opted for Free Gondola Tickets as there was an offer going on.

Tranquility and peace are what we experienced at this hotel. Weather was excellent. Lovely service and hospitable staff. Nice local hotel at a great location. Lots of open space for sitting out to experience the great weather and scenic views.

Stayed for a night with family & booked 2 rooms through makemytrip. Don't expect anything fancy as it turned out to be a budget hotel with very basic amenities..The rooms as depicted in their website or in the Makemytrip website are not the same. I booked the rooms in valley view new wing which were average cleaned..Dirty floor carpets .. the cups provided with tea/coffee maker were very dirty.. it appears that they were not washed since ages.. I asked for a replacement and it took them about 30 minutes to replace.. Even then I got broken mug.. There were no stirrer or tea spoons.. no tea bags. The manager had a very casual attitude about all these issues.. Food was average and also the services.. A good option for back packers or someone looking for budget accommodation... Don't compare this property with any good chain of hotels..

You could see floating cars from the hotel terrace. A sight to behold. Location is near to the temple of naag vasuki and ropeway station. Great short stay at the hotel. Lots of open space to sit and relax. Great staff service and location. Would repeat my visit again in summers.

Not happy with food quality. Have severe problem due to food. Location was great but need to well management . Rooms required with room freshner. There is a smell in rooms. Lift was not working. We were totally disappointed by all means
