location: it's a last hotel in narrow street from main road but not so much honk or noises. Breakfast: They claim for breakfast included in ur bookings but there is no buffet infact they will ask you to give order just one meal from breakfast menu including chai only. restaurant: Menu items are so expensive... few tems are delicious but not all.

On 6th January, 2025 after check in I found that my room telephone was out of service. I immediately informed the lady receptionist and the other staffs to repair or replace the phone, but they did not.... Next day they did not give me the complimentary breakfast, I gave multiple reminders to the lady receptionist for my breakfast but they forgot to serve me the same. Same incident repeated on the same day, I ordered my dinner at 9.15pm, I called Mr. Ali (hotel staff) several times to know the status of my dinner, again he forgot to place my order to their in-house restaurant. The lady receptionist and Mr.Ali (I don't know his full name) both are pathetic persons. They don't have minimum idea about service. Don't know why and how the hotel management is tolerating these unskilled staffs. Room was below average and the bathroom was dirty. I do not recommend this HELL place to anyone for stay. If you want to be cheated, this is the best place for you.

I booked single ac room, room was okay but toilet was terrible. Toilet and toilet room floor was not good. It was ac room but ac was not working, after complaining hotel staff came and informed that it is okay and it will take time to maintain temp but i didn’t experience that it worked fully night. No towel in the room. Location near railway station and staffs are good.

It was pleasant stay. All the staff, owner are very polite and good in behaviour. Everything is properly maintained. Excellent stay.

Good hotel. Approach road is a bit narrow and not really high on view. But the food is good. Service is good. Overall decent budget hotel
