Poor and worst room and maintenance in the room fan running slowly, we face horrible condition

Hotel manager was rude. After my reaching he denied to stay third person. Say to me we have no space for third saying me to cancel my booking and to see new hotel when i reached 11pm inspite of i called him for my booking of three person 3 hours prior of my arrival in hotel. Hotel is worst unhinged and having unbelievable bad behaviour.

I was charged for the stay (excluding breakfast) as against ₹ 950 being the room rent per night (including breakfast) across the counter. Additionally, there appeared to be a bias against bookings as the staff were not at all flexible in extending check-out duration for guests with booking as against other guests.

Surroundings are not clean, hotel is located in an interior street, refused to arrange transportation, hot water and geyser not available, high cost food
