We had booked two rooms. One room was too much smaller than the size written in detail. When asked to change, the staff was rude and uncooperative. Both rooms were not ventilated at all. ACs were not working properly. Bathrooms were not clean. Exhaust was not working. We just had bare put up for a night since it was near Pathankot Cantt Railway Station.

Great experience. Polite staff. Food excellent. Walking distance from pathankot cantt. Good amenities except wifi.

The location is perfect, just outside the railway station premises, food we didn’t have at the hotel. Hygiene & safety factors we ok but maintenance part of the rooms can be improved. We jusy took the room for 3-4 hours of stay to take rest and then continue for our journey further so didn’t quite mind much. But, overall it was good and no problems were faced as such.

Very basic small size room with no hot water kettle, no complementary water bottle. I checked in at 9pm and checked out at 6. 30am. Booked for overnight stay in middle of my journey.

Only best part is walkable distance from pathankot cantt railway station platform 1 exit. It was ok to stay for halt or short stay if you're train is late or before next journey ac was working fine, bathroom not so clean but it's manageable
they don't serve food in hotel and nearby option are also not good
they don't serve water bottle in room, so please buy from outside
try zomato if you have time.
