This paradise is run by a lovely couple Angela and Francesco who are very helpful and professional .Francesco is always reacheable and ready to provide an excellent service to his clients. The place is a splendid spot in Paterno , tranquil and helps the mind to relax. The daily breakfast is always a surprise and fresh. The room is clean, comfortable and has all the necessities for a stress free holiday. The place is a safe and kids have ample space where to enjoy fresh air. Its a place where you have to return.

Un posto magnifico immerso nel verde dove regnano pace e serenità a due passi da Etnaland. Abbiamo “invaso” la struttura con la nostra famiglia di 5 persone (tre bambini: 11 anni e gemelli di 5 anni). La stanza è molto ampia e accogliente, dotata di tutti i confort (tv, Internet, frigo, asciugacapelli). Una splendida piscina attorniata da piante e comodi lettini è il pezzo forte. Ma la cosa più sorprendente è la cortesia e affabilità del proprietario e di tutto lo staff che ci ha coccolato dal primo all’ultimo minuto. Colazione da hotel a 5 stelle con marmellata di arance e fragole fatta in casa. Un posto ideale dove ricaricare le pile dopo aver visitato Etnaland!!! Voto 10 e lode

Ho trascorso una piacevole vacanza . La strutta molto pulita e bella; i proprietari gentilissimi e servizievoli. L'arredamento esterno a bordo piscina è davvero elegante e ideale per rilassarsi. Le camere sono molto pulite e arredate con buon gusto

Sehr schönes, naturbelassenes Ressort am Fuße des Ätnas. Frühstücken unter Olivenbäumen mit Blick auf den Vulkan. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, perfekt für Reisende die Entspanung, Natur und Ruhe suchen. Die komplette Anlage - ist umzingelt von 20.000qm Land, Feigenbäumen, Kaktusfeigen, Pfirsiche, die man nachmittags und /oder morgens zum Frühstück serviert bekommt. Ebenso - unaufgefordert - frisch geschnittene Wassermelone oder Mandelmilch. Ein rund um Verwöhnprogramm von Francesco. Er kocht alles selbst, ohne Zusatz von Farb- und Konservierungsstoffe. 100% Bio und es schmeckt 1000% gut!!!! Er geht auf die Kundenwünsche jeden Tag ein. Fragt täglich, was man zum Essen wünscht und geht dementsprechend einkaufen. Es ist Erholung pur. Mit ganz viel Natur. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt. Alles Tipp Topp. Wir kommen schon das 2. Jahr und immer wieder gerne. Alles super. Man findet kaum noch so ein Ressort, das individuell auf die Kunden eingeht und so Kundenorientiert ist.

Appena tornati da un meraviglioso fine settimana dedicato al relax... Questo posto è consigliatissimo sotto ogni punto di vista...stanze meravigliose e accoglienti, posto paradisiaco con una piscina che gode di un panorama mozzafiato dove si può ammirarenl'Etna...immerso nella natura questo posto dà la possibilità di passare giorni di tranquillità con la famiglia....ottima colazione e cena deliziosa, tutto buonissimo! Il Signor Franco e lo staff provvedono ad ogni bisogno ...e soprattutto viziano il cliente con frutta , aperitivi, gelati a bordo piscina....in questo luogo il cliente si sente a casa in un ambiente familiare ma allo stesso tempo elegante e molto curato.... Non poteva finire l'ultima coccola dei titolari che ci hanno omaggiato alla fine con dell'olio della casa da portare via...sicuramente un posto da visitare, tralaltro anche molto vicino a etnaland e ad i vari centri commerciali catanesi... Grazie mille per questa esperienza!

A fantastic holiday for especially families with children. The premises are extemely well kept and the effort in keeping an authentic appearance is clear! You are pampered with genuine products by the hosts from the minutes you step your foot in! Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and all modern amenities...Above all the food served for both breakfast and dinner is superb and really makes the stay special.... we will definitely be back soon

Un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso...curato nei minimi dettagli con eleganza e gusto. Camera elegantemente arredata e molto confortevole con bagno e doccia da favola. Angolo solarium con stupenda piscina, lettini con morbidi cuscini e vista sull'Etna. Cena a bordo piscina con prodotti locali cucinati a regola d'arte, personale disponibile e proprietari TOP. Ha completato il tutto un tramonto mozzafiato. Da ritornare sicuramente.

Wow! This is a splendid place to stay, our room had panoramic views, to Etna on one side and glorious countryside from the balcony in the other direction. The bedroom was spacious with comfy bed, a roomy en-suite and complimentary tea, coffee, beer and soft drinks. Francesca and Angela are great hosts, breakfast was traditionally Sicilian with local produce, but varied each morning. We had two evening meals which were delicious and plentiful, with a bottle of Sicilian wine and their own limoncello - fabulous value. Water from their own well was a bonus, Highly recommended.

This place is a piece of paradise. Not the first time we stayed there and I can say that consistency is a virtue these people have. It is a typical Agritourism, all rooms, mostly in the form of scattered structures on their vast land, yet all strategically situated within a stone’s throw away from all amenities like the pool and the restaurant. Every structure is surrounded by a plethora of flora. Hence, one can expect a high degree of privacy should one wish to chill outside the assigned room. Rooms are spacious and squeaky clean. Please bear in mind that you would be staying on a farm-like structure, and you would inevitably be paid visits by “unwanted” creatures (especially during the summer time) which you would not find in concrete jungles. A bit of anti-mosquito (or whatever) repellant will do the trick. Nothing that will eat you alive. I strongly suggest that you opt for lunch or dinner or both - depending on the availability and circumstances. “Amazing” doesn’t even begin to describe the quality. Obviously most of the food comes directly from their land…fresh, genuine and abundant. Simplicity is key. And their olive oil…liquid gold. Buy some before you leave…upon availability obviously. You like shopping? Perfect. A 10 minute drive to Etnapolis and a 40 minute drive to Sicilia Outlet Village. You can leave everything in your vehicle since there’s plenty of gated parking. Being an Agritourism run by the owners, Francesco and Angela are the personification of hospitality. Be it the first time you’re visiting or a repeat visitor, they will treat you more like a friend than a client. Always readily available to tend to your needs and always making sure that these are satisfied as best as humanly possible. Just ask. You’d be surprised!! One final comment. If you look the place up on internet, (eg Google Maps or Google Earth) do not be put off by the surroundings. Unfortunately the town this place makes part of is not the best that Sicily can offer (I’ve seen much worse believe me). When you enter the gate to the Fattoria dei Nonni (Resort dell’Etna), you will find yourselves in a completely different world. I have no hesitation in recommending this place.

Un tuffo nella natura della splendida campagna siciliana. La struttura è accogliente con una piscina bellissima che offre una serie di comodissime e sontuose capanne dove oziare . L'accoglienza calorosa di Francesco e Angela ti fa sentire subito a casa. Le camere molto pulite ed accoglienti con ogni comfort. Che dire poi del cibo curato e coltivato personalmente da Francesco, qui abbiamo la certezza di mangiare bio. La varietà dei piatti offerti è assolutamente incredibile. Se cercate la tranquillità , la bellezza e il buon cibo questo è il posto giusto

The room we were given was huge and we loved the views . Out the front we we could see Etna , and the large back balcony had views of the hills and towns beneath us . Our hosts were excellent and so friendly and welcoming ... and they even came and got us on our way up to them as we had relied on sat nav and been stuck due to a flood on the road as it was very wet weather when we arrived. The pool area was lovely and the pool was super clean . We will definitely go back next year for sure .

After an early arrival. earlier than 14:00hrs, we where received with a lot of attention: introduced to the room, pool, and the whole area. a cold beer, wine and fruits for the kids at the pool. The view from the property is amazing, everywhere you can see Etna. Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Interior selected with love and care. The food here is amazing. Never ever had a breakfast like here, all fresh; bread, croissants pastries, juices, jam's, Fruits, meets, eggs fried scrambled you name it etc, too much, but so nice! We where here 3 nights, and enjoyed diner here every night. As the breakfast, quantity Italian, quality great. Fresh, all home made and grown accompanied with delicious wine. Francesco and staff make sure all is great. Also to mention: to dinner is served at the pool with Etna views, off course. After diner the comfy bed is waiting. Go here for a rest and get spoiled by Francesco, Angela and great staff. We will be back!
