很漂亮的帶花園民宿，乾淨舒適，服務也很好，離廣場就走2分鐘，周圍也有很多吃飯的地方。離機場也不是很遠。轉機十多個小時隨意訂來歇腳，結果非常驚艷！

관광지와 가까운 위치에 호텔이 있고, 호텔은 굉장히 이국적이면서도 편안한 분위기였습니다. 조식은 간편하지만 맛있었고 직원들은 친절했습니다.

It was the most perfect stay !! The hotel is fabulous, very authentic, well situated just next to Dubar Square, and the breakfast is wonderful. A little bit noisy at night but that's the price to pay to be in the center anyway.

位置鬧中取靜，傳統紐瓦麗院子很有特色。唯一遺憾是層高很低，Mind your head 哈哈

Amazing location (walking distance of the patan main attractions 5 min and around 10-16 min from the airport - if no traffic); hotel is located in a quiet place although very central. I arrived at 2 AM to the hotel, called the hotel to inform that I was going to arrive late and the staff went to pick me up in the street. Staff is AMAZING and very kindly!! Breakfast amazing (eggs;fruit;toast;muesli; coffee; tea - all included and in can choose); room very cozy; NO HOT WATER! For the hair dryer, you have to ask in the reception to borrow. Please remind to bring toothbrush, paste and basic necessaries. The hotel will give towels, shampoo and soap.

Wir sind bereits das zweite mal hier. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert: familiär, im historischen Newari-Stil erbaut, perfekt gelegen gleich beim beeindruckenden Durbar Square/Patan. Ein ruhiger Innenhof lädt zur Entspannung ein.

Eine ruhige Oase mit schattigen Garten unter Zitrusbäumen mitten im Stadtteil Lalitpur. 200 m zum Patan Durbar Square. Das Hotel wird von sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal geführt. Der Chef persönlich kümmert sich um die Gäste. Sehr saubere Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

We absolutely love this place, every time. The rooms, the staff, the garden, the Newari vibes.. everything is simply wonderful, so incredibly unique. Even just the heritage building in itself is worth the stay - this home is one of the best, most warm & friendly, fantastic places we’ve ever stayed. Our group of 12 of all ages simply loved it. We return every year and fall in love with this one over and over again..

What a beautiful place! We were delighted by this lovely authentic Newari home hotel. The place is so clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is generous and delicious and what a pleasure to sit in the lovely hotel garden every morning. It’s so quiet even though it’s a short walk from Patan Durbar Square. Door entrances are low so if your tall bending required but its worth it :-) Providing mineral water in the room every day was so useful as was a small kettle to make a cup of tea. It was a magical experience we will never forget. Also try out the Jazz club next door which has live jazz every Friday night.

A lovely guesthouse in a fantastic location right next to Patan Durbar Square. The rooms are well-sized and tastefully decorated, the staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly, and the little garden is a delight. It's also very good value!

What a beautiful hidden place ! Peaceful, authentic and confortable. All you need is there. The garden is very nice and the rooms too. Super helpful and kind staff. Just 5 minutes walk to Patan Durbar Square. Definitely recommend it and will come again!

I recently spent 6 nights at the Boutique Heritage Home in Patan with my family and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property is beautifully renovated, blending traditional Nepali charm with modern elegance. It felt both authentic and comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind after exploring the bustling city. The location is ideal—central yet tucked away from the main road, offering a peaceful retreat while still being only a 5-minute walk to Patan Durbar Square and the Patan Museum. It’s the perfect spot for those wanting easy access to the city’s historic sites but also seeking a quiet place to relax. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and I particularly appreciated the heated blanket, which was a thoughtful touch during the cooler nights. One of the highlights was the beautiful back garden, where breakfast is served each morning. It’s such a tranquil spot to start the day, surrounded by greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions. I would highly recommend this charming boutique hotel for anyone looking for a cozy, authentic, and peaceful place to stay in Kathmandu.
