Reservei um quarto pro dia 15 /01/2023 cheguei as 3 horas da manhã de domingo Tinha uma recepcionista loira no balcão ela mi tratou muito mal falou pra mi que não tinha quarto E disse Também que horário pra entrar no hotel era as 13 horas da tarde Sendo que tinha reservado o hotel e havia chegado as 3 horas da madrugada Ela foi muito arrogante comigo mal profissional mal educada e preconceituosa Achei uma falta de respeito com o hospede Sem compromisso.
