Hotel Delle Alpi

Abbiamo chiamato e prenotato per l ultimo turno che ci é stato detto essere dalle 18 alle 20. Abbiamo pagato 40 euro a testa e siamo entrati alle 18 per fare 2 ore di Spa dopo sci. Le vasche erano a 28 gradi al massimo; sauna e bagno turco hanno smesso di funzionare alle 19.15. Quando ne abbiamo chiesto il motivo ci é stato detto che era normale che l impianto si fosse spento perche alle 20 avrebbero chiuso. Si salva solo la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale della reception e della spa.

Another lovely stay at Hotel Delle Alpi. This was our 3rd visit and it didn't disappoint. Staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms cleaned daily and to a high standard. Our room was modern and elegant with a separate area with twin beds for the kids. The restaurant staff are so helpful and the food is really lovely. An amazing spread of salad and antipasti to start, followed by a full 3 course menu which changes daily with different choices for every course, as well as some staples on every day like pasta bolognese and steak and potatoes. The spa is a real treat with indoor outdoor pool and sauna (no kids allowed in the sauna) for a rest after a day on the slopes. The hotel is situated right near a main ski lift to take you up onto the slopes with easy access down a lovely blue into the main town. We love staying here and will try and be back again next year!

Stayed over Christmas this year. Had a great time. Helped that the snow and weather was all good. Access to the slopes just out the back of the hotel and a short walk no more than a few minutes. Excellent spa facilities after a day of riding the pistes, just book a time slot. Good food and cold beers what else do you need on a skiing/snowboard trip. Resort is more of a beginner/intermediate area, but is high so has a good snow record. The black run down from the glacier will challenge the most experienced riders. Italy seems cheaper than resorts in France or Austria and your euros definitely go further. Will be back.

We have just spent Christmas week at this hotel. Our room was big and the children’s sofa beds were good quality compared to other hotels we have stayed at. The only downside to the room was the lack of wardrobe and drawers in the room, there was only a few hangers and we had to leave our clothes in the suitcase all week which was inconvenient. A thermostat in the room to control the room temperature would be useful. The pool area was nice and clean and modern but the plastic curtain allowing swimmers to go from the inside to the outdoors did not stop the cold coming in. The curtain needed to be thicker plastic with each section crossing over and also needed to be longer so it entered the water to minimise the amount of cold air coming in. My children enjoyed the pool but for me it was just too cold. The restaurant and food selection was good and the service was ok although the hotel could do with a couple of extra waiters as on one evening we waited 45 minutes for our starter to be served. The biggest negative at this hotel for our family was the fact that the restaurant didn’t open until 7.30pm. With two small tired children after a long day skiing it was far too late for us, 6pm or 6.30pm would be much more convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year.

Posto meraviglioso! Accoglienza ottima! Posizione perfetta! La nostra camera era grande e confortevole con una vista bellissima! Immediatamente sotto le piste. Non parliamo poi della bellissima sauna all’interno della camera. Una vera chicca

Vacanza veramente rilassante, in un Hotel che si trova in un' ottima posizione, vicina agli impianti, ottima la cucina, con i suoi ricchi buffet e le cene tipiche. Bella la spa con vista mozzafiato, camere confortevoli e spaziose. Lo staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta, Stefano il proprietario, ha una marcia in più e' sempre presente e soprattutto ti fa sentire come a casa tua. Ambiente informale e disteso. Piacevole il piano bar in serata. Torneremo sicuramente.
