Stayed at The Lofts for the first time for a wine pickup weekend, and it did not disappoint. Great location—walkable to downtown and great food/coffee options in the Market below The Lofts. The best part was the room itself (Tulip Tree) and the guest service. The room is spacious, clean, comfy bed, nice modern decor with a small kitchen area. The comp bottle of Austin Hope Cab is a nice touch. But the customer service from Emily and Jill was top notch. Though all through text (which is perfect for me), they reached out daily asking if we needed anything and if we wanted our room serviced. They even allowed us to pick a time window for the room service. We’ll definitely return to The Lofts EVERY time we come back to Paso!

The room was well appointed, comfy bed and so clean, felt like we were the first guests to stay! The team was there for questions and they were so sweet. The location is perfect, just a short walk to downtown and great food options on the first floor. I would stay here again and again!

If I was rating this property on the room alone, it would get a 4 or 5. But I am downgrading it due to very poor customer service. After my stay, a sent an email to the contact person with a couple of suggestions. She acknowledged receiving it, but did not comment on the issues. I then emailed her again to follow up, and she then immediately called me and accused me of...wait for it...harassment! That's quite a loose definition of harassment to say the least. Needless to say, I will not be back, as I choose to only do business with those who treat their customers well and use language appropriate for the situation...what a concept!

Jill and Emily were great. Very quick to respond to any of our questions. We got to meet Jill and sweetest person. Looking forward to coming back and staying there again.

A good modern studio apartment above a variety of great local shops and restaurants. About 15mins walk from downtown. Would go back.

Loved the place!
Excellent stay! My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend trip to visit some wineries. We loved the location and the property was very clean and comfortable. Our questions were addressed immediately. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back soon!

The Lofts at The Market
We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Lofts at The Market specifically the 1 bedroom ‘Fig’ room. It perfectly embodied modernity, cleanliness, comfort, and exquisite decor. Located in an ideal spot, it struck a perfect balance between proximity to downtown and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
It’s situated close enough to downtown to easily access all the restaurants, and shops, and far enough away to provide a tranquil and quiet environment. This allowed us to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep and wake up refreshed, ready to embrace the day's activities. We also loved the convenience of grabbing coffee and a quick bite below at The Market. I only wish we had more time to try them all!
Overall, our experience at the Lofts was exceptional. It’s modern, clean, and comfortable atmosphere, combined with its thoughtful decoration and ideal location, made for a truly memorable stay. Thank you to our hosts who made sure we had everything we needed throughout. We will definitely be returning and I highly recommend The Lofts for your stay in Paso Robles.
