Accessible to EDSA Shangri-la. Ms. Shanice and Ms. Darella were easy to communicate with (thru email) in arranging for the arrival of my guest in the hotel.

I had a pleasant experience at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas. My first room had a small issue with the mini fridge, but the staff was quick to respond to my issue and helped me move to a new room. The location was good for my business needs, and the staff was very friendly. I recommend this hotel for people traveling on a budget for business.

Staff are great and very accommodating. Making memories in this hotel is exceptional!

The hotel interior and amenities must need an upgrade. Location wise is very good. Also, the buffet food was not good and that much, no refills done.

This is an old one, which reflects in all amenities, rooms etc. The rooms, depending what you choose, are spacious. But all is old, although the bed, linnen and shower are good. Clean, pillows good and strong pressure shower. They have a gym for all you needs, swimming pool and steam and sauna. All nice , but can be smelly due to the fact it is.... yes old. Breakfast is simple but good, some asian food but also they can make you eggs on your whishes. Location if your business is in Ortigas is great, close to Megamall and Shangri la mall, with good food options. At the end it is all about what you pay for the room.
