We often see Dolphins, Manatees, Tarpon, and other game fish behind our home. We offer a large pool and hot tub (Pool & hot tub both can be heated for a fee and is ran by an automated system run by touch of a button). We have a 10' x 20' floating dock for you to utilize with your boat, or you can rent one nearby. From our dock you are less than 5 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. There is a boat ramp nearby if you choose to bring your own boat. Boat rental available on the north channel that will deliver a boat directly to the dock. Enjoy fishing, going to the the sand bar, restaurants on the water, and island hopping. Don't have a boat? Fishing from the dock is excellent as well. In addition to numerous local restaurants, golf courses, stores, and attractions, we are only a few minutes away from Tarpon Springs, Tampa, and Clearwater Beach. Green Key Beach is a 5 minute car ride away that offers luxurious beautiful sun set views. Less than 3 miles away you can find charter boats and the SunCruz Casino Boat. Pontoon rentals, kayak rentals, and jet ski rentals are all close by. This home is located in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. It is perfect for walking, biking, and sunset strolls.
