Nice experienced only thing i GOT a comfirmation mail for 5 rooms w Pin n booking number ,but still they have to clarify first nextday to Trip com if I really paid 5 Room.it is indicated at my confirmation but They say it was Not enough we have to make a Disposit Money for 2 Room .for me was Strange Situation at the Lobby frontDesk .

The breakfast is very good here. And the amenities are complete. I urgently needed to print a document and they did without charge. Very friendly staff

The whole experience was amazing. The reception are was very welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. There was no disturbance at all. We slept very peacefully.

경유 중 잠시 쉬기 위해 들른 곳. 옷장에 남이 쓰던 축축한 수건이 놓여 있었음. 충격적인 장면이었고 청소 상태도 너무 엉망. 다시는 가고 싶지 않네요

とにかく大きなショッピングセンターの近くで、便利がいいです。ロビーもラウンジも静かで、時々ジャズピアノの演奏が聞けていいですね〜 ゆったりした気持ちになります。

We’ve been staying at The Heritage every time we visit Manila. Lots of places nearby to shop and dine. I will always choose The Heritage for our future visits in Manila.

Friendly service and nice older hotel. Comfortable bed, good hot water and great WiFi. Front desk and business centre all well represented, with friendly, respectful service.

There was some unfortunate mishaps that took place during my check-in process. The front desk staff was flat out rude. I was put into the wrong room. And the. Had to wait hours for a new one. Aside from that, the hotel was clean. A little dated but you can tell the effort is made to try and maintain it. The pool area was nice.

Good location. Some of the floors are under renovation so the place we stay in 6th flr is not yet repaired. The batch tub has a little damage. The receptionist told us that they already started to renovating the rooms. 8th and 9th floors were already renovated. Better to put this on your comment when you’re booking 😁. Overall still good for me, like the air condition is working properly 👍
