Shower did not work properly and cockroaches in kitchen

我在2月1日住了一晚。房間還可以。但是周邊環境太差了。一晚上外面大街上的警笛就沒停過，摩託車的轟鳴聲特別大，外窗玻璃隔音效果很差，一晚上完全沒有睡着

The positives: close to airport and easy check in. The negatives: no toilet paper or towels (eventually resolved), wardrobe too smelly to hang my clothes, pillows they should've chucked ages ago, BABY COCKROACHES! NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE PRICE.

Confirm the previous review, it is an apartment complex. This is by far the worst hotel that I stayed around the Manila airport. It is an insect haven, I must killed 6 cockroaches. Wi-Fi did not. Shower water cold. For the price of USD50-60 per night, it is not even worth trying.

Great place to seek pasay area

Pissed from america First of all we was supposed to have a early check in since our flight arrived at 5 am but once we got to the hotel they never let us check in till 2 pm so after traveling for 20 hours I got to sit next to the pool in the sun for 6 hours then once we got the rooms we was supposed to have 2 rooms close to each other one was on the 7 the floor the other was on the 10 th I was told they would change it the following morning but even after I asked several times that never happened the TV in one of the rooms didn't work the manger said she would fix it and that also never happened in my 3 day stay in my opinion they seriously need to work on there customer service the young lady that was the manger seemed to be on a serious power trip I wouldn't recommend staying at this location to anyone

convenient and value for money. its a convenient location for a short trip there are foods restaurant shop all around the neighborhood. a short walk to naia 3 . only negative about the stay was not helpful concierge,wont allow to leave things on the front desk. they have to address this problem.

Walking distance. Photo looked nothing like the photo at booking “ oh you ordered the standard room “ no sound on the tv, rundown, fridge never cooled down . Best thing was location to the airport. Walking distance.

Studio in the City I enjoyed staying in this facility. Location is close to everything including the airport. It is a gated facility with Security and CCTV everywhere. The Staff are very nice and responds immediately to all my needs. Communication with the caretaker is great. I will definitely come back. Room has a small kitchen equipped with utensils/rice cooker/hot water pot. With microwave and fridge. Hot shower is a plus (in and out though 😁). All in all I am very satisfied with my stay.
