Henry's Newport Deluxe Condotel arvostelua

We just stayed for a night. It is clean no doubt and Accomodating staff. But here are our experience hope you could take this feedback constructively. Hope you can make action for better 1. Utensils: Not cups for coffee. There were 2 different small glass that look like for a kids. 2. Bed: its quite too small for a couple. When we lean over the side we feel we going to fall and we carefully lean over the other. 3. The internet was so slow. 4. Pool: i message the owner (i assume its the owner) regarding the pool and 3 person can use. But upon arrival the pool was under maintenance and the staff didnt inform the owner about it. Which she mentioned to me that it also her fault and i was given hope that they will find ways so that we can use a pool on other nearby place which i assume they have access. The next day I called bec i took my kids so that they can swim but unfortunately it didnt happen. 5. The door lock: its hard to lock and unlock the door and it spent us too much time to keep trying lock it succesfully. We manage to bring our things when we buy some stuff bec we felt its unsafety to leave it. You can check it on your hallway camera to see how we deal with the door.

The place is good and accessible to the airport. The only problem is the A/C not working properly

Tv wasnt used because it cant pick up connection. Overall place was really good. Food, distance to airport and all. Thanks!

I must say it was a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. I appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process, which made my stay hassle-free. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times.

كان المكان جيد عباره عن غرفه وصاله لكن كانت هناك صراصير ولم يكن يتوفر شامبو لكن الموظفه كانت ودوده جدا

Hassle check in & out. Same as going in and out the place as security protocols tight yet hassle to coordinate with the owner

Near to the airport. Condo type but not so much clean.i saw a lot of used tissue in the washing machine. Average

The place itself was clean and cozy, and the location was convenient—perfect for a quick getaway. The unit was well-kept and had the essentials for a comfortable stay. However, I did experience a couple of issues during my stay. The TV wasn’t functioning, which was disappointing since I was hoping to relax and watch something. Additionally, the internet was extremely slow, making it hard to browse or stream anything, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it’s a decent spot if you’re just looking for a quiet place to rest, but I hope they can fix the TV and improve the Wi-Fi speed for future guests.

Ung heater d po gumagana...and ung ibang gamit kinakalawang n po....di ganun kalinis po ung place...ung location osbrang perfect...ung service ok nmn madali makontak kasow ing issue d kaya masolve.

I just love the place. Super convenient to begin with. The place was just a walk away from the airport so I never worry about missing my flight. The staff were all accommodating and caring. The Condo had all the basic stores you need such as coffee shop,Watsons and others so you actually don’t need to go too far to satisfy your cravings or if you feel lazy hahahaha. The room I had was super clean and comfortable. I 100% recommend this place . Definitely will come again. Super duper!
