Splendid , place is great and accessible

エアアジア早朝4時出発までターミナル3の近くのホテルで過ごすため前夜にチェックインした。ニューポートエリアにあるとはいえ、ターミナル3までは少し歩かなければならない。エアポートまで15分くらいかかる。コンビニやレストランなどには不自由しない。入口はガードマンに聞いて分かった。ホテルのスタッフは優しい。部屋は汚くないが、ソファのスプリングが外に出ていた。ホテルをチェックアウトした後GRABで ターミナルまで90Pだった。 ただ時間つぶしで利用するにはよい。

Good to stay

Отель отлично расположен, от терминала 3 аэропорта по пешеходному мосту (вход на него с 4 этажа), далее по улице не более 300 метров - в общей сложности пешком минут 15. Предварительно отель прислал в сообщении все ориентиры, поэтому найти не составило труда, несмотря на отсутствие вывески - вход на ресепшн слева от ресторана popeyes. Заселение длилось минут семь. Предоставленный номер был на 8 этаже, очень удобный, полностью соответствовал фото и описанию. С тишиной и чистотой все на уровне, тараканы замечены не были, с горячей водой и напором в душе тоже все хорошо. Точка доступа в номере, скорость интернета сносная, особенно если выбрать 5ghz диапазон. Предметы интерьера и мебель были без повреждений, что порадовало. Чайник, микроволновка, плита полностью рабочие. Рядом с отелем много кафе, магазинов. До терминала 2 25 минут на такси (grab). Итог: впечатление настолько приятное, что решили здесь же остановиться на обратном пути перед вылетом, уже забронировали. Как вариант провести ночь между перелетами - практически идеально.

Beautiful spot, big and comfortable rooms. Close to hotel and shopping

The location was great for airport links. The apartment was average cost liw initially but I arrived late from plane trip so really need to book an xtra night sent my pinay girlfriend to the reception to be totally ripped off by the staff we have a small dog which was arranged for they took full advantage of this and charged a lot more xta also we had 1 les guest for second night it still cost nearly double the first stay, if you have never been to the Philippines before watch out for the many many ripp offs try booking everything online it's much better soon as they see a white person the ripp off begins.

Good location near Airport T3 and have some foody restau nearby.

Great Location, But Poor Quality Stay The best thing about this place is definitely the location. It's close to some of my favorite food spots like Estong (the best sisig ever!), Poy Pares (highly recommended pares), and Sauce Chef, which also serves amazing dishes. Plus, if you're catching a flight from Terminal 1, 2, or 3, the convenience is unmatched. For food lovers and travelers, the area is perfect. Unfortunately, the condo itself is a big letdown. The room was dirty, with towels that had holes and didn't seem properly cleaned. The air conditioning wasn't working well, making the room uncomfortably hot. Even worse, there were leaks coming from the ceiling, possibly from the AC unit, so you can't even use the table without moving it to avoid the drips. There was also a leftover box of condoms in the room—unclear if it was left intentionally or not, but definitely unprofessional and off-putting. The TV didn't work properly, showing a strong blue tint on the screen. The bathroom was dark, and the shower water was extremely hot, even when set to cold—making it very difficult to bathe. In summary, the only good thing about this place is its location. If you're just here for the food and proximity to the airport, you might tolerate it for a night. But for comfort, cleanliness, and proper facilities—this condo seriously needs improvement.

Very clean, comfy, accessible to airport and worth the price. It’s my second time booking this condotel and this is my favorite go to hotel everytime I travel in Manila for a concert or fanmeet of my favorite Korean artists. I’ll definitely book again in this hotel.

This is a wonderful condo, for an over night lay over. The room was comfy, having dishes, a rice cooker and kettle, soap, shampoo.. though we didn’t need to use it. The cons were no bottled water for the room, toothbrushes, coffee for the kettle, etc. however, for the price it’s reasonable. There are plenty of places around for water and coffee.. or if coming from a flight, fill up your water bottles at the airport before leaving. the spray that is sprayed randomly is a bit much, and very toxic. I could have done without that. bed is a bit firm. But I am used to that, so it wasn’t an issue for me. I like more on the firm side. the place was a little difficult to find, but another review said not to listen to the Google maps. It was right next to Popeyes. That is correct.. there is no sign that says it. They had someone lead us to the room after that. Staff was friendly. They have a few different buildings.. over all, for the price of the stay, and location to the airport.. it was a good deal! These pics are after our stay, we forgot to take pics before.

Internet connection is poor😌 and the bedsheet is thin should be thickness 😂
