I love the place and the ambience

Nice experience for staying shore residences the staff are kind to us nice place to stay near mall and food chain also and the amenities is good too hope to stay again soon.

I booked this unit online,Then after paying I was expecting a smooth transaction as I had already paid via card, when it’s time to go for my booked unit,the problem starts,the driver asked me which tower are we going to,i gave him the address but he says there are 4 towers,so we need to know which tower my booked unit was located,it’s not indicated in the address!I called the phone number on my booking confirmation email to ask,somebody answered the phone only to tell me I need to call another phone number,I started to get annoyed this time!I called and called until somebody answered again,so he told me it’s tower 2,though I’m already annoyed I stayed calm,I just arrived from the airport so I can’t really make this domestic calls,I asked someone to call them,lucky I met a nice Filipino that night ,what if i don’t?I will be hanging where to go! So I arrive at tower 2,nobody assist me there again so I ask the guard,he replied me like ‘Do you have authorization from your host!!!!so I lost it that moment,like what ****** authorization how could I have that I booked online,because nobody was there to assist me I asked someone to call the host again,after waiting for  half hour they finally arrive to assist me,the exhaustion and frustration is not worth it,will never book this sucking units operated by PBYY,  I don’t recommend this place and host at all,avoid this at all cost!The unit is also small,almost no place for luggage’s,you can also hear people talking and noises in your neighbor units so can’t really rest well there!

The room was clean and tidy. Well prepared of amenities for guests.

Everything was great, Pros: - Great location right next to Mall Of Asia (3 minute walk) -Spacious living area - Balcony view of the large hotel pool - Large fridge and freezer - Air con - Electric stove Cons: - Bed covers were very thin and not like a regular duvet. - Towels for showering were very small and smelt bad, i think because of the material they were made from. - Shower water was not very hot. But all was ok, swimming pool was great and there are lots of shops outside.

We had a great 4-night, 5-day stay at this condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and we felt right at home. The only minor issue was a clogged basin, but overall, we were very satisfied and happy with our experience. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The person that brings us to our room did not even bother to help us carry our baggage other than that the place was awesome.

Отель удобно расположен, хороший ремонт на ресепшн. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Впервые столкнулся, что на ресепшне тебя не могут просто зарегистрировать в номер. Выяснилось, что чтобы заселиться нужно куда-то позвонить по телефону, чтобы нам подтвердили проживание. Спустились 2 сотрудника, которые этим отдельно занимались, но делалось это медленно. Для понимания очереди не было совсем, а заселились мы только через час после приезда в отель. Сам номер грязный, и главное - с тараканами. Не случайно залетевшими, а довольно долго там проживающими. Попросили поменять номер, происходило всё опять же очень долго. В другом номере мы зашли в ванную и там сразу же были тараканы. Указав, на это мы услышали, что других номеров нет. Так как нам нужно было переждать в Маниле полтора дня и не хотелось терять время, мы решили остаться, но условия антисанитарные, не говоря о том, что в номере просто элементарно куча пыли. Главная претензия к сервису, как я уже писал - всё очень медленно. Что настораживало при ночном выезде, так как ехать нужно было сразу в аэропорт. Но, к счастью, обошлось без казусов

Very near to SM MOA and airport. Nearby convenient stores and found a great massage spa.

The location is not clear. You need to contact the room manager because there is more than one shore residence building complex, and each has at least 3 towers. The room has a new washing machine, but we weren't allowed to use it, which is not good . Only one hot plate was working, the other was brand new, and it was probably disconnected to save the electricity.

The location is very accessible to MOA
