하루 묵는것도 최악이였습니다. 960호 묵었고요. 바퀴벌레 계속 나오고 수압 약하고 생선 비린내에 하수구 악취는 진동을 하는데 가리려고 이상한 방향제 뿌려서 머리가 아팠던 객실입이다: 침대는 몸이 너무 가려워서 잠도 못자고 퇴실하네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 역대급 ㅅㅂ욕나오네 필리핀을 매달 오는데 이런데는 처음이에요

I booked for 4pax Max. And we consider adding 1 and pay extra for it. So we follow the protocol that all of us needs to be registered. There were only 3 of us successfully registered and we told the host that we are at the lobby for the rest of 2 remaining IDs needed. The Host said that he cant come right away so we can go up to our room and he will take care for the Ins of the other 2. Little did we know it was not taken care of. We went out around 5 and 6pm to attend to our party then around 10pm one of us need to left the room so she went back to get her things and left our key at the locker assigned to our room. And here we are the 3 remaining folks to stay the hotel since the 5th one really decided not to stay in the hotel anymore and we came back around 2am already hungry and tired because of the Kickoff we attended. When we politely asked the security personnel to where to get the key. He suspect that we are not registered so he did some checking first to make sure we are legit and booked the room. And were fine about it since maybe its really the protocol not until one found out not really registered and The response of the Sec. Personal is jutst he cant do anything about it. He cant let 1 person go up because shes not registered. So we responded, weve been in this hotel since 2pm and how come we cant go up with the one that was not registeredaybe theres a way. Then he replied back sorry Mam theres really no way. 🥹 So we are worried because I paid even 4 pax and 3 of us will just be staying however the other one even cant go inside the room like ***.. So my colleagues got really mad its because the Sec. personnel is just close minded he didnt even try to find solution to make an easy way to resolve the issue until my colleagues got really Mad so he and the personnel went to a serious misunderstanding. And even I really got mad on why on earth theres no partnership between the Host and Guards inside this one F***ing Building sorry for the word. I understand its a strict protocol but really you cant find a way to let us in? well in the first place 2 of us are okay but its not really okay that one of us will not be able to. So she will just go out and sleep outside? The only problem I moght say is that your protocol is wrong to the part where you and the host is not partnering each other. So we really cant in without contacting the host for the other one to be registered thats how crucial it is. So I decoded to call the host even tho its already past 2Am and luckily got it settled. Hays🥹 its just really upsetting. The place even not that good. Sinks even is broken and the first experience is really awful. Im jist hoping this wont happen again and please train ur security personnels to not be close minded and always look for solution.Wont reco this place if I wont hear back to ease our pain. On the photo I called already because We are waiting at the lobby for more than 5 minutes thats why he decided to let us go up…

Checkin was 2pm and i came in pass 2pm however there was no staff available to assist since their reason was there were only 3 staff and a lot was checking in as well. There were cockroaches. Furthermore, every person booked should be logged by their staff.
