Bayside Inn

My wife and I were on a 2500 mile motorcycle trip around the great lakes. This place was or favorite. The owner had us in a spacious room with two comfortable queen beds with a balcony. The bathroom was not large but sufficient. The linens were very soft. The owner, had a lot of local knowledge and recommendations. It was a pleasure talking to him in the morning. In the morning, there was a nice line up of homemade jams, breads, yogurt, juice and coffee. I didn't expect to be asked how I liked my eggs. Were were there on Canada Day and were able to watch the fireworks from the balcony. Not only was this place our favorite on the trip, the town was our favorite as well.

The Bayside Inn is in a great location - close to where the cruise boats depart/arrive, close to downtown, and close to the Stockey Centre. On this stay, we were attending a concert at the Stockey Centre, and it’s about a 5-minute walk from the Bayside. The rates are reasonable and change depending on the time of year (fall, winter, spring, summer). There are twelve rooms to choose from and each is unique; there’s a detailed description of each room, along with photos, on their website. The Inn is smoke free and there are no pets allowed. Breakfast was delicious! This is our go to place to stay whenever we overnight in Parry Sound. Jeff, the owner, is awesome!

Friends of ours who I've in Parry Sound recommended this Inn. We enjoyed it very much. Each room can be explored on the website and we chose 104, which has a screened-in outdoor area. Owner Jeff is very accommodating and this man does everything!! From check-in to made to order eggs in the morning, which he cooks! The Inn has a great history and Jeff is proud and happy to share it. This was a great break from the cookie-cutter hotels/motels. Thank you, Jeff!
