Overall it is quite a nice place to stay, good location. Unfortunately I was charged incorrectly, (I had paid when I booked through Trip.com), and then charged again when booking in. After being told numerous times that they would organise a refund, they then said that I had to contact Trip.com, who I had booked through, so not very good at resolving their errors. In saying that, I must commend Trip.com on getting the refund through for me in approx 3 hours, very impressed!

Very good hotel

Parramata駅から徒歩５分以内、立地は悪くないです（シドニー市中心や空港から少し距離があります。フェリー乗り場から約15分かかります）。ただ、外見がとても古くて最初はぞっとしましたが、なかは清潔です。ただし、やはり施設全体的には古いです。そのせいか、コインランドリーの洗濯機が使えません。無料のジムとプールが付いているのは嬉しいですが、あいにく連日の雨で利用できませんでした。朝食は普通です。4泊しましたが、1泊分だけ付けてもいいが、メニューの更新がなく、種類も普通です。清掃サービスがとてもよくありません。まず、清掃する札を出さないと清掃してもらえず、さらに割引料金で予約した場合も清掃なしです。ベッド自体はシングル二つか、クイーンサイズです。部屋はそこそこ大きですが、アメニティー類は何一つないですから、スリッパや歯ブラシなどを用意した方が無難でしょう。

所有的酒店前台和服務人員都特別友好，服務到位！

I booked one bedroom apartment 3 nights with daily housekeeping but the hotel said the booking wasn’t included housekeeping. 😟

房間一般，沒人搞衞生的，去前台跟他們講了，他們説要一星期打掃一次衞生，浴巾要自己去拿的，房間沒有一次性用品

環境不錯，位置便利，

這個酒店的位置太好了！離火車站走路衹要二分鐘，另外Westfield Mall就在旁邊。所以去City或者悉尼的任何地方辦事都很方便。酒店前台很熱情，幫忙指路或者提供訊息，印象很好！
