Just needs the air con checked Unfortunately the air con didn’t work, was 35 degrees outside and the room was a sauna, there was no other rooms available so I did have to move hotels, the rooms I have used here plenty of times, but the heat was unbearable. Other than that the property is clean and good for stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at Punthill Parramatta. People there are nice and very welcoming. The manager, Christine and her team were very helpful. Hotel location is excellent in regards to transportation, eating areas and shopping. Beautiful walking area along the river. Would definitely come back.
