Parea Paros - Adults Only

Sauberkeit fand nicht statt. Badezimmer war schmutzig und schimmelte. Es wirkte alles ziemlich runtergewirtschaftet für 2 Jahre Hotelbetrieb. Straße ist doch ziemlich laut. Rezeption und Pool wirken nicht wirklich geplant worden zu sein.

Bit of an inexplicable mixed bag... and a bit style over substance. If a hotel's aesthetic and vibe is the thing that matters to you most, and Parea's 'look' is up your street, you'll love this place. But in terms of substance some things are really lacking... firstly the hotel parking lot is tiny and reached via a single dirt track. We arrived late, found the lot full and had to then reverse 200 yards to get out and park off the main road. The following morning over breakfast there was much discussion between other guests asking others to move their vehicles to get out etc.... not really acceptable for a mid scale hotel, and we'd have rather been told up front about their limited spaces so we didn't have a stressful 20 mins trying to park. Our room was fine but the balcony tiny (despite being a 'panoramic suite') and some fixtures and fittings in the room v. cheap, e.g. toilet roll holder broken, budget TV set etc. Water chargeable at a euro a bottle, first time I've ever experienced that in a Greek hotel. Not much room around the pool and slippy surfaces... but hey it all looks great on insta ;-) On the upside, the breakfast, which the hotel for some weird reason refuses to call a breakfast presumably as doing so wouldn't be cool, is very nice. Also, regarding the comments about the long walk to town, its barely 15 mins and rather lovely after 5 mins walking down the main road. You then turn left and go along pretty lanes and past windmills with lovely views with steps down to the bay... just lovely.

This is a hotel we would return to again in a heartbeat. The setting, rooms, facilities and staff made our stay 5 star. The only downside is the walk down to the port area can be a little scary! Hats off to Alex and Amarni who made our stay so memorable.

Gorgeous hotel, location was a little further than we anticipated. The staff were really friendly, the room and pool was so beautiful and clean. It’s a quiet hotel with good music and a bar during pool hours. The 10 minute walk to town is on a busy road, up hill so not the safest in the dark. We’d recommend getting an ATV to stay at this hotel and best explore Paros.

A lovely Grecian style room with a gift on arrival; a small bottle of ouzo and cotton beach bag. It was easy walking into the main area of Parika which is where many restaurants are. The hotel breakfast was light and tasty and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable on beaches and beach clubs in Paros.

The photos and reviews of this place don’t do it justice. An amazing hotel, just a 10 minute leisurely walk to the middle of Parikia. We were greeted by the 2 guys who run the place (so sorry, can’t remember their names) and showed to our room which was perfect. The pool is relatively small but great for dipping in and out while lounging (with a drink). Ferries were cancelled during our stay but the guys sorted us a room for another night which relieved a lot of stress for us. Would highly recommend this hotel - it really made our time in Paros!

Bellissimo soggiorno al Parea .Sono estremamente accoglienti e gentili .Le camere sono belle ed arredate con gusto .È stata una piacevole esperienza .Unico neo la necessita di avere auto perché non comodissimo da raggiungere a piedi .

Hotel nuovissimo (inaugurato nel 2022) dotato di molti comfort: piscina sufficientemente grande per il numero di clienti (hanno solo 20 camere), bar a bordo piscina per cocktail, musica d’atmosfera davvero bella, camere abbastanza grandi con bagni spaziosi e molto pratici, ottimamente arredate. Alcune con grande balcone vista mare (le camere del primo e secondo piano mentre quelle al piano terra non hanno la vista mare). I tre ragazzi che gestiscono l’accoglienza sono molto carini, educati, competenti, inglese perfetto. La colazione da mangiare a bordo piscina é offerta e nonostante non la chiamino “colazione” lo é a tutti gli effetti (ampia scelta di panini squisiti con salmone affumicato, formaggi, salumi, brioches salate con diversi sapori, yogurt greco, frutta di ogni tipo, cappuccini e caffè con apparecchi nespresso originali). Molto meglio di tante colazioni “ufficiali” a pagamento. Pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni quasi maniacale, frequentissima e ben fatta. Insomma la struttura é davvero ottima, molto ben gestita e consigliabilissima!!

Loved our stay here at the end of July, the room was big and spacious with amazing beach views and outdoor seating area. Its recently opened up so everything looks fresh and new - We were given a little gift bag and Ouzo as a welcome gift which we loved! The Staff were so kind and a big shoutout to Kosta who came to pick us up from the ferry port to take us to the hotel when our ferry got in late and no taxis were around! really appreciate that :) Would recommend to everyone and we can't wait to come back
