Vernünftiges Hotel mit Pool, bei dem aber zu wenig liegen vorhanden sind. Frühstücksbuffet: naja…

Very Good location and overall the room was good for the price. The pool is really nice, lots of beds to lie around and a bar. I would suggest to renovate rooms.

hotel simple, basique mais bien placé dans la ville, le cadre à l'intérieur est agréable, piscine et espaces communs pour profiter. Notre chambre était en étage inférieur : coté positif cela garde la fraicheur. chambre propre, mais salle de bain vieille et peu entretenue (coté assez négatif mais le seul). la conciergerie est ouverte 24h/24 et les hôtes que nous avons rencontrés sont très sympathiques et très aidants, on se sent presque à la maison.

This hotel had the best location! It was one block from the beach and seaside. Less than a 10-minute walk would take you to the city center, bus stop, or port. Depending on your luggage, you could walk to the hotel from the port. The staff was excellent!

I don't normally write reviews, but I just want to let people know this hotel is not as pretty as it looks. Staff are lovely, and the beds are very comfy . Unfortunately, that is where it ends. Hotel overpriced, Pool area scruffy. Lifted up cushions on pool settee, and it was filthy Pool water cloudy. Loungers are broken, and hard plastic ones are very uncomfortable I had to ask for bed to be changed, as it hadn't been done. The shower not cleaned. When I mentioned these to the manager, all he could say was that they have 3 cleaners to do 42 rooms 🤦‍♀️ We had to wait ages for shower to get warm. only a dribble at that. The shower door was broken . Only one door on. It clearly needs money spending on ut. The reviews saying it's excellent, well definitely not..it's a overpriced, low budget hotel

It’s a small hotel, 43 rooms. It’s calm and relaxing. When we enter, either Arsène or Anastasia will welcome you. They are very friendly and accommodating. We love hotels for the people we meet. The staff knows a lot about this island. All of their suggestions and ideas made our trip memorable and wonderful. The pool is a good size and very often we were the only one there. The room has a great balcony and a mini fridge. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Remember it’s a 3 stars hotel. Nothing fancy.

Very central cute and fresh hotel which was perfect for me and my partner. Beautiful and pleasant pool side, clean room and quiet area. But the best of all was the staff. From the kitchen personell, to the reception, to the pool staff, to the cleaning team, everyone was extremely service-minded, hospitable, helpful and dilligent in their work and they made us feel special for real. Petit hôtel très bien situé près du port et des restos ,tout est accessible facilement mais ,il ne semble pas y avoir de direction .Les chambres datent et ,ne sont pas très propres , le déjeuner plus que moyen et j’en passe ,ce ne fut définitivement pas un coup de coeur et pourtant il suffirait de peu pour que ce soit très bien .

Terrible. I don't understand where these 5/5 can come from but it was the worse of the worse for us. We were booked there by exoticca. No doubt because it is the cheapest they can find. Firstly there are no working elevators so you carry your bags up and down stairs which is ok if you are young. The room we were given smelled like Urine. Who ever was there before us most likely peed in the shower. It was very noticable. They cleaned it 3 times before the smell went way. Which makes me wonder how well they clean normally. They gave married couples that were traveling with our group bunk beds. I don't blame Polos on this as much as I do Exoticca but they should have turned down the reservation. People who got booked that way ended up booking something else. The hotel is surrounded by youth hostels and ATV pickup centers. So it gives you an idea of the location. It's by the port/Ferry. All the furniture in the lobby was covered by blankets because it is so run down. It might a been a nice place 30 years ago. There is no way I would consider this 3 stars. Tang orange juice, bad coffee of grocery pasteries for breakfast. The staff tried but mostly made excuses and told us this is much better that what is on the other islands. Its not in my opinion. I would like to see proof that this place is a 3 star because it does not meet my my expectations for the criteria
