這個酒店位置靠海，但是總覺得設施有些成就，據説已經是當地最好的酒店，不過距離我的標準還是有點距離，留下spa設施還是很齊全，餐廳食物一般沒有什麼太驚艷的地方，早餐品種比較多，在愛沙尼亞這個酒店估計屬於高檔的了吧

Good resort absolutely in march when the ice still is on the beaches, great nature! And the small village I had a nice walk in.

Kind and responsive staff. Very nice and cozy SPA area, very cool bubble pool. The SPA area is well suited for parents who want to relax from children's activities and noise.

I went there to celebrate my birthday and it was very nice and unexpected surprise when I found a note and a compliment for my birthday from the hotel staff (I didn't specifically tell at the reception today's my birthday and even didn't think they would pay so much attention to the birth date). Also decided to treat myself with a pedicure - it was amazing, the lady gave me few advices on the care and paid great attention to my feet more that any other specialist I went to. Afterwards my husband and I went to the spa and we loved it because it wasn't crowded at that time. Breakfast was delicious and fresh.

The hotel facilities are amazing. The room was spacious, clean and super comfortable. The breakfast options were truly amazing. Spa area is lovely, but could have been a bit bigger. The lady at the check-in was a bit off. She wasn’t friendly and came across a bit rude. I felt unwelcome upon arrival. I can see that similar feedback has been provided in the past, it’s a shame nothing has been done about it. Hopefully future customers will have better experience.

Love Hedon Spa, has been coming here for several years now every winter for a short vacation. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, excellent spa (though not very big one). Especially love their sun room with the sun lamp and beach loungers. There not many people in the winter, and this is not a family hotel, so it's perfect for a tired professional who just want a couple of days of quiet and relaxation.

Dear Hedon, This was our fifth experience in your hotel. The spa therapists gave us excellent treatments, special thanks to Marie and Diana. When we arrived we didn’t feel welcome and at the checkout the staff was very uninterested in our experience. Restaurant Raimonds is still top quality.

I had the best relaxing time in Hedon SPA&hotel. Room was clean with sea view. Spa area, service, staff were great. Silent spa, bath, body scrub, body and face massage, everything was top level. Highly recommended for staying and relaxing from daily routine.

Our visit to Hedon SPA in Pärnu was simply unforgettable. The warm welcome and elegant atmosphere made us feel joyful and relaxed. We cherished every moment we spend there with friends, enjoying the thoughtful, genuine care. We left feeling truly rejuvenated and grateful for the blissful escape, and we can’t wait to return for another delightful experience.

Amazing location, very clean, amazing service in spa, amazing massages. Very tasty food at restaurant, best breakfast ever! But costumer service in reception not so good, receptionists act as if they really don't care about costumers.

I recently stayed at Hedon Spa & Hotel, and overall, my experience was positive, though there were a few bumps along the way. The check-in process was disappointing. The staff member who assisted me was surprisingly rude and didn’t seem very welcoming. I felt frustrated, as this was my first impression of the hotel. However, things quickly turned around when I checked out. The staff at check-out was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, which really helped redeem my experience. Aside from the rocky check-in, the rest of my stay was very enjoyable. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches, like quality toiletries and a well-stocked minibar. The hotel’s facilities were great too. I had the chance to enjoy the spa and bar, and everything was well-maintained and convenient. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, and I was pleased with the quality of the food. What really made a difference, aside from the great check-out experience, was the overall service. The staff in the restaurant and around the hotel were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The location was perfect—close to the central city and of course Sea Bay, which made it easy to explore the area. All in all, while my check-in experience wasn’t ideal, the rest of the stay made up for it. I would still recommend Hedon Spa & Hotel for its great amenities,

Nice. Some minor decline in quality and service. For example, paying for parking seems not level of 4 star hotel, better include this in room price. Problems with lift, not filled cosmetic in bathroom... some old tomates and greens in breakfast time. Happens, while decline is visible.
