The main advantage of this hotel is its stunning view of the Manhattan skyline — it’s truly one of the best. The ferry terminal is conveniently located right next to the property, making transportation easy. The interior design is also modern. However, since the pandemic, the facilities feel somewhat outdated, and the cleanliness and maintenance standards have unfortunately declined.

This hotel is a very good place to stay near NYC. Everything about our room and general hotel interior spaces was very nice. We've stayed here many times. The only negative is the 'breakfast included'. Unfortunately, it was very poor. The coffee and the OJ were terrible. The scrambled eggs were probably from powdered eggs because the consistency and taste were really bad. They could upgrade the quality of the breakfast by just a little bit and it would make the entire stay much better. It would be worth a little bit extra to have that.

I had a very smooth travel experience; The hotel was was really nice and quiet. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown, every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! It is quite convenient to travel to american dream for shopping. Simply take bus 85 and the frequency is 30mins during the weekend . The bus station is within 5min walk

We were having 4 days in this hotel to visit NY City. A bus is ging to Manhattan, Port Authority. 5-10 minutes walk to access the bus station and 10-15 minutes for the way back. Bus itself took between 20 and 40 minutes depending on the traffic. Room was really nice with plenty of space. Wall and door a little thin, we could ear people discussing in the hallway. Good choice for a cheap hotel to visit NY City

I highly recommend this motel, especially when you consider the typical cost of accommodation in the New York City area. It truly offers excellent value for money! The location is fantastic, as it is conveniently close to everything you could need for daily life: a supermarket, bus stops, and plenty of dining options. More importantly, the motel provides easy access to Manhattan by bus. Here’s a crucial travel tip: When leaving the city, be sure to take the NJ Transit Bus 123 from the Port Authority Bus Terminal to get back to the North Bergen area. The buses suggested by Google Maps don't all go to North Bergen and can take much longer; the Bus 123 runs frequently, about every 10 minutes, and is the fastest way to get to the motel area. The room I stayed in was clean and perfectly equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a hair dryer, minifridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, heater, and television. While the breakfast is simple, it's a useful inclusion, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Considering the prices for stays near NYC, this motel is a fantastic choice!

Would definitely recommend this hotel for it's convenient location, within 5 mins walk of Newport Path station and nice neighbourhood. Easy to get to and from Manhattan without the price tag of more central hotels. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious and perfect for a family stay with children. All the staff were friendly and helpful and it was nice to come back to a refreshed, clean and tidy room after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly. Hotel was a little worn around the edges but overall a good pleasant hotel. The  Inclusive breakfast was standard fare for most chain hotels very average.  I would definitely stay here again.  It is a good value.

This is a good hotel. The hotel staff is very polite and respectful; they all deserve a 10/10 rating. The location of the hotel is very good, the hotel has good free parking, and if you plan to go to NYC, there is a bus stop about 50 yards from the hotel door. The area has several interesting attractions for various tastes, all within walking distance. The lobby is not luxurious, it's quite simple, but it's good and has chairs, which is a sign of respect for the customer. If you are someone who is used to shopping online, I have an excellent review: the hotel receives your purchases without problems, the staff are very attentive, always ready to assist you and take very good care of your packages. As for the facilities, the bed is comfortable, towels and bedding are very good and clean, general facilities are quite good, highlighting the presence of a complete kitchen: refrigerator, electric stove, small microwave oven, comfortable granite table with chairs and a simple sofa. I see two problems with this hotel: (1) the carpet is very old and dirty, deserving to be replaced and (2) there is a fire alarm that occasionally sounds VERY LOUD without there being a fire and gives you quite a scare. Finally, regarding the daily rate, I think it could be lower compared to hotels in the region. All things considered, the hotel is interesting and I recommend it.
