The location was great for an event we were attending. The manager and staff were pleasant and greeted everyone with a smile. The breakfast woman was so welcoming especially to our grandson ,she treated him like family, she made waffles for him and they were just what a kid would like. The free breafast was plentiful and had something for everyone. The hotel was clean ,as well as pool. I would recommend Staybridge suites to anyone who needs to travel to the Harrisburg /Hershey area .

Staff was great.L. Only issue they were flushing the water around the town and we didn’t have water for a day. It was brown and we couldn’t shower or brush our teeth. They offered bottled water but I mean with 4 of us that would’ve been like 20 bottles. If we knew about the water issue, we would’ve booked else where. We weren’t even told at check in had to read a sign that was posted. By then, cancelation was too late. Other than that. Hotel was fine. Food was fine. We went to Hershey park was a 20 mins drive.

The staff and customer service was very good. The room did not feel very clean. The carpet felt sticky.   The bathroom & sink looked like it had been used and not cleaned. The shower head was broken and handle the wall plate was not attached to the wall so the shower water ran into the wall. The front desk agent was very kind and apologetic and said they would have someone look into it. The refrigerator and air conditioner were excellent!

The hotel was very clean, plenty of parking and the front desk clerk, Ms. Butcher was absolutely amazing.... the room that I was assigned (#315) was very clean, bed comfortable and the price was great. I was surprised to find a microwave, safe and refrigerator in the room at the price point offered. The hotel is very close to various food venues, shops, Target and the highway.

Food is really good and the hotel staff was so helpful. Even the room and washroom super clean and tidy 5 Stars for the hotel I recommend

This is a very clean and recently upgraded property. It is well located, quiet and has all the amenities one looks for. The staff here are super efficient, friendly and accessible. The hot breakfast served is above expectations. Plenty of free parking space available. Everything matches what one sees on tge website. Great place for a stay for business or pleasure.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and it was even worse in the pool area. We couldn’t stay in the pool area for more than 5 minutes before we had rashes and had trouble breathing because of the chlorine. The room was not that great a broken receptacle cause me a minor zap. A random chair in the far corner that seemed wedged against the wall had a water stair or something on the foot rest part (we stayed away from that it looked like it had seen better days or was ready to just give up. Broken security lock on door, burn in curtain in a non smoking room, the curtain was hard to close, broken door stop on bathroom door, shower curtain was much too small for the shower which cause water to end up on the bathroom floor so much so that the bath mat couldn’t keep the floor without a small puddle. For a two night stay for two people we were given 3 towels. Thankfully I always bring my own towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing though after we cleaned and disinfected it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The incessant pounding that started the second morning at 10am and went until who knows when ( we got so sick of it we drove over to Hershey for the day around noon). The first day at 4pm was when we first noticed the pounding at 6:30 we went for dinner because the noise was a bit much and came back around 9:30pm. The next day (second day) we found out when it started again it was construction 3 rooms away they were putting in flooring.

They don’t offer breakfast though it’s included in the payments. Its a little bit disappointing coz you’re expecting a  meal and nothing. But the room was nice and clean.
