Olin Home2 Suites by Hilton Texasissa kaksi yötä ja minulla oli ihana kokemus. Henkilöstö oli hyvin ystävällinen, aina valmis auttamaan ja halukkaita majoittamaan kaikki pyynnöt. Huone oli hiljainen, tilava ja mukava. Hotelli sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla, jossa on ostoskeskuksia ja ravintoloita lähellä, joten se on erittäin mukava syödä ja vapaa-ajan. I was very impressed cleanness, big comfortable rooms and most importantly very affordable despite being holiday weekend! I will return and definitely I recommend it. And the pool was awesome!

Room was not ready even though we got to the hotel an hour and a half after check in time. Ocean view was actually a pool view, ocean was blocked by bar. Asked if they were going to comp anything for us having to wait for the room. They said they would give a late check out for an hour. Something that is frequently done for free anyways. Would not recommend staying here again. There are nicer hotels with better service for same price. Room was average, sheets were scratchy, view was not what was promised.

Olin ihana oleskelu tässä hotellissa. Henkilöstö oli poikkeuksellisen tervetullut ja huolellinen, tekemään sisäänkäynnin nopea ja kovaa. Huone oli paikaton, mukava ja hyvin varustettu kaikki mitä tarvitsin rentouttavaa oleskelua varten. Arvostan erityisesti rauhallista ilmapiiriä ja laatua tilat. Sijainti oli myös täydellinenmukainen ja lähellä kaikkia. Yleensä, erinomainen kokemus, ja olisin iloinen jäädä tänne jälleen.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The entrance and lobby is very beautiful and luxurious. I had a balcony with a sea view which was definitely worth it.

The hotel room is big. The location is excellent with its own beach access. The breakfast was nice. The parking is free. The breakfast attendant ( the gentleman) was very welcoming and enthusiastic. He made waffles for us. We only stayed for one night. Overall, for what we paid for a night, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and at the beach.

The hotel and resort itself was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms are nicely furnished, there's 3 fun pools to enjoy, it's right on the ocean, there's 2 fun outdoor beach huts to get food, and nice dining inside. They also had live music, free yoga, and other events going. So the vibe was awesome! However, they have not maintained all these amenities well. The first room we got had a window that wasn't sealed, and there were dozens of moths in it. They changed to us to a new room, downsizing from a king to a queen, and didn't comp us anything for the negative experience. The new room only had one bedside stand, which my husband claimed, so I had to put my phone and water on the floor to reach for during the night. The lamp shades had burnt spots, there was hair on the towels and sheets, mildew in several places, and everything was sticky. The pool for the swim-up bar was very dirty, and I kid you not, they played loud party music at the pool (which the rooms surround) from 8am until 11pm. We called on Monday night at 10:15pm to tell them no one is in the pool and ask if they could turn it off, and they said no it goes to 11pm, but they did turn it down slightly. Once they were out of towels, and another time we got the last ones. We also called the front desk several different times on different days, and no one ever answered. So while we made the most of it and had a blast, we won't ever be returning to stay, though we'd consider a day pass!

One of the best locations on all of South Padre. The door of my room was literally only steps away from the beach with parking just as close. This made coming and going very easy with no elevators or long walks to the parking area. On the down side, there were people out on the shared front deck until midnight several nights in a row. They were not excessively noisy but they did have music playing the entire time. Could have done without that but it was not enough to keep me from enjoying my stay. If peace and solitude is what you need, probably should consider staying somewhere else. Otherwise, this is an ideal location at a very reasonable price. Did not visit the bar and there was no food service available at the time of my stay.
