"The service was okay however there were no salt and pepper, no house keeping to clean the premises. No sheets or extra pillows for the sofa bed. Previously staying there it was a bit better."

"we were in town for my daughters wedding and our family and friends stayed at ocean Villas. the rooms were very nice, clean and remodeled. We really appreciated the beach chairs that were available for our use. Deb the manager was extremely nice, helpful and accommodating for our large group.  I can't say enough good things about Deb and the staff! We will definitely stay at Ocean Villas the next time we are in town! I completely recommend this gem of a hotel!!!"

"The hotel is clean, staff are nice. The location is good which is close to Sawgrass Mills mall. However, there is no slippers, no cleansing products like toothpaste, toothbrush, etc provide，that’s a bit troublesome as I do not expect no such stuff and I arrived late at night, cannot buy either. The breakfast is not as good as expected, just few choices for the buffet."

"I booked two rooms for my daughter's birthday. The first disappointment was the massage at the spa. We arrived 10 minutes late because there was no one in the luggage room. We had to wait about 20 minutes until someone arrived. The masseuse told me my massage would only last 20 minutes because of the delay (I had paid for a 50-minute massage), but she only gave me 15 minutes. When we returned to our rooms, there was no one at reception to give us our hand luggage either. We called our room to ask them to bring our backpacks. We waited 30 minutes and no one came. We went back down to reception and, after another 15-minute wait (again with no one there), they finally brought our backpacks. We went to our room to shower, as we had a dinner reservation at an Italian restaurant. The shower drain was clogged, and it was disgusting to shower with the water running. (They have old bathtubs) Towels were beige (Once were white). We have a nice dinner at the Italian restaurant, then we were at casino for some time and went to our rooms to sleep, it was midnight. We were falling asleep when we heard a woman screaming louder and louder. We didn’t know what was going on… we waited and then the woman started to scream and said all kind of ****** words. We have a second show in the morning. So be ready to hear all kinds of things…"

"A lovely retreat. We had a wonderful time. A four star resort experience. Reasonable prices. Wonderful breakfast smoothies. A delicious lunch and dinner menu. Big airy rooms. A relaxed tropical modern vibe. Very friendly staff. One suggestion would be additional umbrellas on the beach as they all run out by 8 AM. The hotel can easily buy more umbrellas and Provide shade For the hotel guest, who want to lounge at the beach. That said we did not spend much time doing that we were having too much fun playing volleyball, frisbee, swimming and football. There’s no hotel gym. But overall, An excellent resort with a chill out vibe"
