The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. Hollywood Hotel Puerto Prinseca The hotel is modern, new and have very serviceminded and great staff. The hotel room was very clean. Its centrally located downtown and easy to access from the airport. The hotel has a nice restaurant and roof top patio. The hotel has a good location. It’s. Wry centrally located and still its in a quiet area. You don’t get all noise and exhaust from the trafficked roads. It’s very easy to reach from the international airport. If you like to walk it’s about 1,5 km from the terminal building, or you can easily grab a tuktuk for your convenience. The facilities are modern, new and good. The beds are comfortable and the linen and towels very good. Feels fresh and nice. There are needed amenities in the room and a waterboiler and coffee. There was also good with space to hang up clothes. Each room also have small safe. It’s possible to open the windows and there is mosquito net. Very smart and useful. The room also have dark curtains so if you like all dark room when sleeping this is possible. The thing I missed was better water pressure particularly for warm water. It also took some time before warm water flows, but this is informed and is because of the system. The staff is excellent. During my stay I did encounter some minor things which I needed assistance for. The staff provided very good service and do their utmost to support. They also followed up during the stay and were very caring. They provided a very good impression of professionalism and Philippine hospitality.

Room was clean and comfortable with soap and toothbrush in bathroom, just 10 min walk from bars and restaurants, 20 min walk from airport or 100 peso on taxi bike. The breakfast is OK. The AC was not working properly in the standard room that also has no window. But was upgraded to the Delux room.

Love the amenities, the cleanliness of the room – not to mention, it is suuuper spacious for a couple. Every corner js instagram worthy.I also love that they allow outside food and drinks despite the fact that they already have their own restaurant and serve variety of foods. Very accommodating staff as well. I would highly recommend the place!

Increíble stay! Nice hot shower, beautiful pool to relax and have a drink. Really friendly and professional staff. Accesible from the airport, only downside would be that it’s a bit far from downtown but perfect for a peaceful stay. 100% recommend to buy tiny bread called “Cheeseepandesal” from the neighboring lady baker (has a caddy with oven, serves it hot🤤)

University /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.

La habitación se ve que es muy antigua, los colchones son de espuma, los enchufes generan poca confianza, la verdad por lo poco que se paga se podría decir que está normal, no esperes mucho. El baño es otro mundo, la taza del baño no tiene la base para sentarse, por lo que es muy poco higiénico a la hora de usarlo, o eso o orinar y hacer tus necesidades sin tocar la taza. La ducha no tiene mucha presión, por lo que si vas a ducharte es mejor que uses la llave que está debajo de la ducha y llenes un balde y te bañes con el balde de agua. La puerta del baño de las mujeres está rota por debajo, por lo que puede causar un poco de inseguridad, aunque la verdad no creo que a la gente le importe mucho.
