Приятный маленький отель в пяти минутах ходьбы от жд станции. Находится в жилом комплексе, занимает два этажа. Прямо на первой линии, что называется - перед отелем дорога и пляж. В конце апреля 2025 эту самую дорогу ремонтировали, перекрыв и перекопав половину площади. Наш номер был с видом ”во двор”, что плюс - тихо, особенно с закрытым окном. Все номера - на первом этаже (русский второй). Было чисто, просторно, даже ванна, что встречается редко. Кровать широкая и удобная. Есть мини-холодильник и чайник, чай и кофе. Вайфай быстрый, проблем не возникало. Из некоторых минусов - слышимость отличная, хлопающие двери и идущие мимо жильцы. Хорошо, что к ночи все стихало. Завтраки достойные - яйца, сосиски, блинчики, выпечка, йогурты, мюсли и фрукты, голодным не останешься. Рядом с отелем магазины, церковь и макдональдс. И быстро-удобно дойти до парома в Сан-Тропе. В общем за эту цену отличный вариант.

”We arrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM, hoping they might have a room available. But we cannot get our room until 3:00PM due to their policy, even the hotel was not full. The receptionist informed me I had two bookings in the system—one for that night and one for three months later. I was completely baffled and spent a stressful half-hour checking all my apps, worried my account had been hacked. They insisted the second booking was under my name. It took them a couple of hours to finally figure out it was their own administrative error; they had filed another guest's reservation under my name. When I finally got to the room, the disappointment continued. The room was very small. My husband and I had two big suitcases, and there was absolutely no space to store them. We had to climb over them just to get around, and we couldn't open both at the same time. Given how strict they are about the 3:00 PM check-in and 11:00am check out (which we respected), you'd expect them to have their systems in order

The hotel is located 35 min walk from the town otherwise 10min of drive to the city. The reception service is excellent, very helpful and polite. The pool and the jacuzzi is heated even during the winter, and kept clean and tidy around, it was enjoyable to use it in the morning. The room I had was classic, but my room was upgraded from a classic to family when I arrived. The room kept clean and tidy each day! The things like a rob and slippers are not provided, but it was a pleasant stay and going to come back again.

Mixed experience – some disappointments for a ”spa hotel” The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, not bad, but nothing special either. The biggest issue for us was the spa. It’s not included in the room price, and even after paying, you can only book limited time slots (10–13 or 15–18). This means if you want to use it both in the morning and evening, you have to pay twice. For a hotel that advertises itself as a spa destination – and with room prices on the higher end for the region – this policy was very disappointing. We initially thought the spa access was included. Also, I found it quite strange that I wasn’t allowed into the pool with a brand new swim short. They said only traditional swimwear (briefs or tight-fitting swimsuits) were allowed for ”hygiene reasons,” which I don’t really understand. My swim short was completely clean and never worn before.

Hotel tres facile d'acces, personnel tres professionnel et a l'écoute du client, chambre propre et tres calme pour un 1er etage sur rue. Le petit moins: le parking payant !! Mais tellement pratique 👍 parfait pour un séjour d'un week-end.

Unfortunately I hadn’t a experience pleasant as expected. I arrived at the hotel exactly at 20h30 as requested. But there was no one there to handle the payment. After a long waiting time, finally someone showed up and said I should proceed the payment through a machine which do not accept cash. But when I booked I selected cash as payment method, once I don’t have an European card. The guy who “welcomed” me said it was impossible handling the payment and therefore I couldn’t stay at theirs place. I asked for the contact of the owner of the place, once the guy who talked to me it was only a guardian of the building. When she answered, the owner was upset about I having her personal contact and disturbing her late night and still said there was nothing that she could do for me. Hence I should find another place to sleepover cause she couldn’t either process the payment by cash at that moment and receiving it in next morning. I was lucky enough that there was another guy passing by at the place, who saw what was happening and he was so nice to offer me his card to get the room and I paid him back by cash. I’m really grateful to him, cause it was night, cold, I had many luggages, no other place to go and that hotel wanted just kick me out for something which is definitely their responsibility. Once they accept cash payment they must have a way to proceed those payments. I’m such disappointed about that experience and the service provided from that place. I strongly do not recommend it. They don’t care at all about the customer wellbeing.

The hotel is suitable for kids camp or travellers that like campers / caravans, because you get similar conditions like in a camping / hostel. Th9e management looks like want to gradually renovate the place but only using paint is not enough, even the bathroom tiles were painted. I give 3 out of 5 because the personnel are really friendly, breakfast was good, location is good and price is attractive. The hotel is suitable for people with lower expectations to hygiene and comfort.

Room not ready by 3pm. Bar, restaurant and outdoor terrace nice. Paid extra for a terrace which was nice ( see image, room 601) Mattress so so, just a bedsheets, made bed myself with extra throw. Shower not good at all. Hit and miss. Not able to regulate heat. Way too hot and not safe. Had to resort to basin. Reported to staff, who were apologetic. Would I stay again no. Stayed at other hotels and appartments close by over the years. Better value.
