"This hotel was perfect to finish off my germany trip, the location is quiet even if it's near the train rail and it was lovely taking videos of it. Out of all 3 hotels that I've checked in this hotel was the cleanest, and has the nicest interior. The staff was very helpful and friendly even if it was late at night, they have their own bar and restaurant perfect if you just want to relax after long trips. Just 10-15 minutes walk it's near the skyline plaza (mall) perfect for your last minute shopping... I would definitely come back here."

"The location is VERY close the airport so it was very convenient when it was time to fly out. Right outside it the Metro, so I was able to move around and explore parts of the city, specifically Frankfurt's New Old Town. Behind the hotel is a garden area where I did my morning walks. The room was very clean and spacious. I have no complaints. The staff were AMAZING! They answered all my questions about the area and they povided helpful tips on how to navigate the Metro. Overall thetrip was one of the smoothest and relaxed experience I have ever had."

"Travel as solo traveller for 3D2N in Frankfurt and this hotel have everything I need. 👍 Location is super good for me. That a bus stop just in front of the hotel. 1 minute walk from bus station. Less than 5 minutes walk to train station and subway. 👍 For room - I love the bath tub so much as I really need it to relax my tired foot after walking so much. The room is small but just good for me. 👍Breakfast - got asia style which I happy to eat after travel more than 10 days in Europe. Got miso soup, white rice, and some asia cooking style vege. Consider international breakfast as also got western food selection. 🤌 This hotel check out time is before 10am which is quite early compare with other hotel. Anyway you can pay for late check out. 👎 The clock stop working... I take a nap after check in and wake up then look at the clock which point at 3.15...though it 3.15am and continue sleep.. i only realize the clock not working when I wake up again at 4am... so my 1st day wasted because of the clock... 👎 I was disturd by the housekeeping 2 times when I tired and sleep in the room. They knock the room then open the door before I respond. I end up pissed off and put the sign on the door for do not disturd. Not sure why they doing this as I did not request cleaning for my room. Anyway overall still good experience and will return if I travel solo again."

"Not the greatest hotel in terms of reachability to be honest. Wanted to book something for my mother close to Frankfurt Airport, but still affordable. Should have rather gone for the closer 5* like Steigenberger or so to be honest. Here is why/ Hotel doesn’t offer a shuttle bus (as opposed to other properties close to the airport), taxi drivers not very happy to take short distances and trying to rip you off if you don’t know the area. It’s only 650m so I understand taxi drivers are not enthusiastic about this and that is exactly the problem. Now back to the hotel, clean and okay, rooms are comfortable, service okay."

"This hotel location is incredible, 300 meters to Main station, 300 meters to Messe. The hotel is also very clean with friendly staff. Rooms were big and clean and bathrooms are good size and very clean. Highly recommend this hotel for business travellers - specially going for any events in Messe. "

"A new hotel in perfect location which is just 3 minutes walk to the e tram station where you can take Number 11, 14 and 21 to the Main station. There is a shopping mall ‘Skyline Plaza’ next to the hotel. The room is perfect with excellent view and is spacious."

"We stayed one night at the niu Charly in Frankfurt, just across from the Hauptbahnhof. The hotel itself was excellent — modern, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast on the top floor was a highlight, with a full selection and great views. The location was super convenient, as we dropped off our rental car at the station and walked straight to the hotel. The only thing to be aware of is the area around the station. It’s very busy, with a lot of street activity and groups of people around, especially in the evening. We felt safe inside the hotel, but less so walking outside at night. During the day it was easier, and the hotel staff and facilities were fantastic. Overall, a great hotel in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience — just keep in mind the character of the station district if you’re planning your stay."

"I just stayed the night to get a connecting train the next morning. Free shuttle bus available from.the airport to the hotel, but you have to pay €15 for the shuttle bus from the hotel back to the airport. Room was a decent size and clean. The restaurant was already closed when I arrived, but I could get a sandwich and cooldrink from a vending machine in the reception area."

"The room service for breakfast was great, the hotel provided an entire set table with the requested meals laid out. The location was perfect for access to the US consulate and the public transport was right within walking distance."
