Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Serena and Jennet provided exceptional hospitality—they were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. To our delight, they even upgraded us to a nicer room, which truly enhanced our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel has a beautiful and impressive reception area, and the location is great. Service was also very good throughout our stay. However, the rooms and in-room amenities feel noticeably outdated and worn, including items such as the towels. While the public areas create a strong first impression, the condition of the rooms does not quite match that standard. The property would clearly benefit from a renovation to bring the guest rooms in line with the otherwise very good overall experience. Aside from that, we had no other complaints.

My family and I had a wonderful experience during our stay. The service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet featured an impressive variety of offerings that catered to all tastes. The private swimming pool in the Sea View Pool Deluxe Room was a highlight, providing a perfect spot to relax with stunning views. Additionally, the property’s proximity to Banyan Tree Resort was a great advantage, offering plenty of dining options beyond those available at Angsana. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and I highly recommend this destination!

Good location, family friendly hotel. Room was generally clean though it felt a little old and musty. Not luxurious but convenient for visiting Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship. Food there is very average and expensive.

Choosing Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel was the best decision. Every service staff we encountered greeted us with smiles ans patience. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The dolphin-themed décor delighted our child, making it an ideal choice for families travelling with kids. The room felt warm and cosy, with well-maintained facilities. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked very well, and there were thoughtful touches such as children’s toiletries and slippers, showing great attention to detail. The hotel is located within the Chimelong Resort, very close to both the airport and the high-speed rail station. Luggage storage was extremely convenient — easy to drop off and collect at any time, which made travelling stress-free. We had the buffet dinner and OMG I could be eat there 3 days in a row and wouldnt get through all the options. Huge variety of both Chinese and Western cuisine. The butler service was proactive and attentive, sending daily updates on park activities and responding quickly to any questions or needs, resolving issues efficiently. Overall, an amazing experience! both the facilities and service were top-notch. We’re already planning our next trip back!

The location is fine if you drive. Carpark is friendly to HK and Macau vehicles. Free of charge and carplate recognition available for HK and Macau vehicles as well. The room is spaceous and clean. Neat and tidy. Staff is sincere and helpful. A pretty good choice of stay in Zhuhai.

We had a great stay here. Reception was friendly and the man was helpful taking our bags up to the room for us. We could see the water from our room. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. We used the spa and sauna which was great. The gym was large with lots of equipment. Service was fast when we needed extra water or towels. Close to Jingshan mountain, short didi ride. Took the cable car up and slide down, it was fun! Would recommend this hotel.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. Interior is modern and clean. Wifi speed is fast. The view from the apartment is nice. Location is great with easy access to Zhuhai station and Gongbei port. A lot of taxi going around even at 6am where we need to get to HZMB in early morning. Check in is extremely easy after we provided document through Wechat and had a self check-in. Will stay here again in next trip.

St Regis Zhuhai is always pleasant, but F&B never outstanding . Restaurants close early and we are disappointed to know that the Italian restaurant is not open on Monday and also Tuesday Lunch . Spa is very good and our therapists are very professional. We are most grateful to Mia Lu who stationed at the entrance and she took her time to understand what we wanted to see and recommended Bei Shan arts and culture area 北山文化區- There are many small shops and heritage buildings. The tea shop was surprising good . We’ve around the world on tea tasting, but the young lady owner took her time to design the shop, curate the tea and prepare the modernise version is a winner !! Not a normal Chinese tea experience .. a must do ! Thank you Mia Lu for recommending the area to us .

The location is excellent — right across from the Gongbei Port and just a short walk to Macau’s border, which makes it super convenient for travelers going between Zhuhai and Macau. The area is lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and malls nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice city or sea view depending on the side you stay on. The bed was cozy, and all amenities were well provided. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy during my stay. The hotel staff were polite, professional, and helpful, especially at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The breakfast buffet offered a good mix of Chinese and Western options, and the food quality was better than expected. Overall, Charming Holiday Hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and good value. It’s an ideal choice for anyone visiting Zhuhai, especially if you plan to visit Macau too. 🌟 Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers! 🌟
