餐飲：餐廳主打隴味特色，有劉家峽水庫三文魚，黃河鯉魚、手抓羊肉等，食材本地直采，口味正宗。我們要了個泉水燉黃河鯉魚。第一次吃清燉的黃河鯉魚味道還不錯（之前鯉魚都是紅燒）。早餐雖種類不算繁多，但可以讓你半天不餓，可預約户外晚餐，臨河用餐氛圍感拉滿！
步行可達太極島濕地公園，騎行或乘船遊覽鳥島、蘆葦盪超方便。酒店門口就有遊覽船，可乘船遊黃河。高性價比的祕境之選，適合親子家庭、情侶度假、攝影愛好者、尋求自然療愈的旅行者。建議自駕前往，停車方便。"

"In its presence Hongrui Hotel reminds me of the Grand Hotel Amrsth in Amsterdam. Different colour, different era but it comes at you in a similar way.
The staff are polite. One member of staff ran after me at 6..30 a.m. because I had forgotten my deposit. Another lady in the tourist office spoke excellent English and researched my ongoing transport without which I would given up my plan. She also found me a gluten free restaurant. The breakfast staff were professional. The bathroom could do with a bit of refurbishment. But the artistic foyer begs a greater enlivening patronage (though this may have been the off season)"

"We would have given it double the number of points if that were possible. We were absolutely thrilled when we found the accommodation. We came by car and had to search a bit. Otherwise, the location on the lake is brilliant. We were treated very, very nicely, the absolutely delicious dinner was brought to our apartment, when it got cooler in the evening, we were brought wood for the fireplace, it was a really great stay. We would book here again anytime. Thank you very much for that."

"Very rude staff at the reception. We booked a room with AC, but they didn't have any in this huge, empty and atmosphereless hotel. Whe we complained about it they asked us to cancel the reservation and to look to another hotel, which we refused.
We asked them to put 2 cooling fans in the room and to compensate us, but the refused.
We had to wait 3 full hours(!) Sitting in the corridors floor(!)
Only after Trip.com 's customer service (always very good and helpful) called the hotel's manager the problem was resolved.
NEVER AGAIN IN THIS TERRIBLE HOTEL!"
