As we took bus from Taichung to sun moon lake area, this bnb is very convenient . Only around 100 m from drop off point also closed to the pier where lake boat tour start . Breakfast is simple but good . Coffee machine provided in reception area. Nice middle age lady attend to us in the reception. We booked quadruple room for 3 persons.

Most beautiful view I’ve ever had from a hotel room. Amazing buffet for breakfast/brunch and dinner. Hotel amenities are 11/10 - hotel provides daily bus ticket, map of the area, pillow choices, bike rental services, pool, public baths, and game area. Hotel is a conveniently a stop on the bus route. Gym is a bit lacking though (only yoga mats, treadmills, weights up to ~25kg, and one lat pulldown machine).

The hotel is situated within 3 minutes walk from Ita Thao Ferry Pier. We stayed 2 nights at the high floor lake view room and enjoyed the fantastic and serene view from our balcony. The room is spacious, clean and have comfortable beds. The night market and shops are just downstairs with plenty to eat and shop. If you enjoy calm, peace and relax stay, you should stay in this nice hotel.

Walking to and from the bus stop to Cing Jing Farm can be a bit challenging, as there are no dedicated pedestrian pathways, and you'll be sharing the road with trucks and lorries. The nearest 711 convenience store is a considerable distance away, and I wouldn't recommend walking there due to safety concerns. On the plus side, the hotel's customer service is exceptional, particularly their prompt responses on LINE. They were incredibly helpful in answering my questions about navigating the sometimes confusing public transport system. One of the standout features is the breathtaking view from the balcony. On clear days, you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets, making it a fantastic spot to relax. While some guests have mentioned concerns about sound insulation, I personally didn't find it to be a major issue. However, it's worth noting that noise from neighboring rooms, especially if there are children, maybe more noticeable due to the wooden floors.

Nice lake view from the lobby. Room and breakfast are ok, considered clean but a little run down. Hotel provides free bicycles for use, and the hotel is located along the most beautiful trail along sun moon lake which you can walk or cycle around (e bike is preferred as there’s plenty of upslope). Hotel also has a game room (including switch, ps4, arcade basketball and air hockey, pool and table tennis) for free play which my kids enjoyed. Nearby there’s no eateries, which is a little inconvenient. Overall good stay!

Really like the location and room lake view. The room is very clean, beds are big and comfortable. The balcony is my favourite place. However, the shower is open with no glass screens or curtains so water splashing everywhere on toilet and floor. And the breakfast is not so good, my son refused to go for the second morning because the food is not cooked deliciously and not much to choose from. My husband waited for the milk for coffee machine for a long time, it seems that staff is not familiar with what is supposed to do. The only things we like are the hot soy milk and the salad.

Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Yllätyin huomatessani, että aamiainen oli länsimaiseen tyyliin valmistettu ateria, jonka odotin olevan perinteinen kiinalainen: croissant-voileipä, perunarieskaa, hedelmiä ja puoli kananmunaa. Se toi mieleeni muistoja opiskeluajoiltani Englannissa. Huoneessa oli tilavat sängyt, joihin mahtui helposti kaksi ihmistä. Pieni parveke oli näköalalla Sun Moon -järvelle, josta oli kohtuulliset näkymät.

Great view from the hotel and location is very close to Qingjing farm. Amenity like 7/11 and mos burger are close by. But if you aren’t driving. Then you have to walk abit to the hotel. Plus there is no lift and there are quite a number of stairs you need to climb to get there. Probably not suitable for family with elderly.

Location was nice, walking distance from Idashao Jetty. Room booked was all lake view double suite, quite disappointed with the space, but the lake view is still great (no balcony) Towel and other stuffs are not provided for free, they got a price list for it, so its better to prepare small towel when visit. (hair dryer provided) Services was great, very nice and kind to customers. Breakfast provided, it was buffet form of local dishes (porridges and sides, with drinks as well) Overall Rating 7.5/10, its a great place to stay, but might not visit again in a mean time.

The hotel is very near the drop off point and is located at an area with lots of restaurants and bike rental shops. We got upgraded to a room with a balcony and a view of the parking lot and the lake. The room was so spacious and had its own jacuzzi and bathroom, which was a big plus. The free breakfast buffet was in another hotel nearby, but it was good as it's facing the lake. A total value for money!
