"The location of this hotel is central, it’s a 5min walk to the community center where they host a show at 8pm, it’s a 5min walk to the main lookout spot for the village.
The couple running this hotel is super friendly and informative. They offered complimentary rides to and from the high speed rail station so we didn’t have to take 2 busses to get to the village. One of the owners can even communicate in english.
Our room was impeccably clean and, importantly, completely free of any smoke odor. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting this village."

"Nice hotel on the heights of Zhaoxing. The room was modern, very clean with a bath close to the windows overlooking the village.
The hotel was close to the village center and main street. The breakfast was plentiful and excellent.
The biggest downside to the room was that in the summer there was an outdoor nightclub on the hill opposite. The music was so loud that we felt like we were in the nightclub even while staying in the room. This lasted every night until 10:30-11:00 PM. It was particularly unpleasant and somewhat spoiled our stay."

高鐵站接送服務，肇興景區-酒店來回穿梭巴士，都非常給力💪由於是淡季晚上從肇興侗寨回來打車有些困難，幸好😅有酒店
設施：酒店設施都很好，四星以上絕對有（就水不太熱，可能是沒開暖氣的緣故，但不冷）
衞生：很好
環境：看圖片（各位都贊過了，此處略過😅）
第三: 必須必須必須贊一下酒店餐食，又便宜又好吃還環境好👍不吃辣的有救了😋晚餐土雞和牛肉都很好吃，早餐蛋糕🍰😄😍，酸湯麪是不辣的冬陰功味道
到酒店已是中午，1點出發去了岜沙寨，2點迎賓，3點表演，但是但是但是…淡季比較難打車，建議大家下高鐵的時候先留意去岜沙的車，或者提前包車（我們很幸運在酒店打車抓住了一個司機大哥讓他帶我們來回，不然真的沒辦法
堂安侗寨在肇興侗寨盡頭有交通車去，聽經理説挺好看的，自然且沒有商業化
最後總結：淡季去玩的我們一家很滿意😀👍下次繼續去"

"店家服務還可，在侗寨遊玩熱鬧，有煙火氣，但參加服務項讓人不舒服，在這以事論事
1.店家推薦可參加年慶長桌飯和看民族表演，共收費68+50=118元，二話不説付了。而在侗寨服務中心看到宣傳收費98元。向店家反饋後退回40元。店家通知等當天的工作人員聯繫。
2.侗寨新年當天10點多沒工作人員聯繫，即打電話聯繫多次沒人聽，去文化服務中心領票，才告知有五個寨子舉辦長桌飯，必須找回購票處領進場票，這時感覺很亂，搞不清安排。店家沒説明白長桌飯活動參加流程。
3。過了大半小時工作人員聯繫，話可領票，見面後衹給晚會票，沒給吃飯票，説下午開飯時提早來帶入場即有飯吃，這時感覺偷偷摸摸甘，因服務中心另一寨子講必須有票才有編號位置入座的。跟工作人員強調如不是官方安排的不參加，對方強調是官方的，叫我可以放心。
4.到晚上開飯前報到，現場工作人員問我拿票，我説沒發票，他説就沒得吃，又打電話反映給店家，溝通一輪告知坐旁邊沒偏號小桌，有編號的大桌是領導和貴賓吃，我問過大桌都是遊客，在賣票時半衹字都沒提過這回事這種差別操作。且大桌和小桌餐標不一樣。
5.在小桌坐了大半小時，坐大桌人在吃，小桌還沒發筷子給吃，後多次找店家協調申請退款不吃了。
6.總結，侗寨總體節慶安排熱鬧，但在收費活動上有欺騙消費者行為，通過宣傳招喚遊客過來宰割韭菜感覺。
7.第二天將問題反映到服務中心登記左，沒回復問題處理結束。"

"Fantastic stay at Bula Lakeside Hotel! Clean room with amazing lake view at the beginning of Zhaoxing Dong village. Hot water and heating worked without any problems. WIFI also worked. I would like to thank the staff the most - the girl at the reception who we communicated with via WeChat and a translator. We are foreigners who don't speak Chinese and she didn't speak English, but we managed everything. Also the gentleman who came to the train station to pick us up to make our way to the hotel easier. We also appreciate his cooking skills as he prepared a perfect dinner for us. I absolutely recommend this hotel and if we ever come back, we will stay here again. Thank you again for the nice time."

這家民宿真的住得太舒服了！首先位置和景觀就贏了，落地窗就是180°的早上看晨霧，晚上看燈火，特別治癒。房間裏的鵝絨被又輕又暖，還有臨窗浴缸，泡着澡看風景很放鬆。最加分的是前台小哥哥的接送服務，高鐵站、寨子裏隨叫隨到，像家人一樣，介紹美食、安排寨子裏的接送，處處都替你着想，完全不用操心，在這裏還有鮮磨咖啡隨時叫隨時送到，走的時候老闆娘還送了每人一袋水果，米酒，細節太暖了，下次還會來！

給喜歡寨子，喜歡梯田，喜歡安靜的朋友們推薦。衞生：房間特別乾淨，窗台上沒有一點點灰塵，而且是智能馬桶，這兩天陰天小雨腸胃不好，熱熱的馬桶很舒服。
環境：在堂安侗寨，270°梯田風景一覽無餘，非常安靜，天晴晚上可以看星星。
服務：有高鐵站接送服務，老闆娘人特別好，熱情。知道我們沒吃晚飯，給我們送了粥和魚；怕我們起早趕高鐵上盤山路暈車，給我們做了麪條墊肚子。
是一次很愉快的旅行~

The Creekside Inn has modern, elegantly designed rooms (I can’t emphasize that enough), a very good location with beautiful views, and a friendly, capable staff, that truly goes out of its way to be helpful— all of this at quite favorable prices. The water is hot and the bed is heated for winter in the mountains. I stayed four days, and would’ve stayed longer had I had time, just because I felt so wonderfully at home there. I left with plans to return with my wife next year. English spoken. Oh，and I got a splendid breakfast tailored to my individual dietary requirements! I have visited 35 countries and traveled all over China, and I have never been happier with my accommodations anywhere!

A beautiful place overlooking the rice fields of Zhaoxing! Love the atmosphere and vibes of the place. The view from the room is so gorgeous and the room interior has lovely homely decor as well. The breakfast was simple and hearty. But above all, the owner and staff running the place were really kind and hospitable. The owner contacted me prior to my stay and showed me videos of the available rooms so I could choose which room I preferred. And knowing that I'm a lone girl travelling by myself and reaching the station at night, he kindly borrowed a car to drive me from the station to the hotel so that I wouldn't be left to my own devices in the dark and waived the transport fee for me too. I'm really so grateful for their hospitality!!

位置：就在肇興侗寨主核心區，主街旁邊進去一百米，簡直就是鬧中取靜，吃喝玩樂遊方便！下樓步行就能買吃。
環境：高空環境，五樓高空全景，視野開闊，下午茶早餐，邊吃邊看愜意。
房間：窗口望出去就是風景，可以邊泡茶邊欣賞。乾濕分離做得很好，用品很豐富，連一次性浴巾洗臉巾都有配備，還有咖啡沖泡和飲品。
服務：管家跟進到位，態度親切
早餐：這裏大姐做得好吃，麪條爽彈，酸梅汁好好喝，油茶也好吃。

Location:
The hotel is positioned at a relatively higher geographical area. If you get one of the rooms that faces the village, you can have an amazing view of the buildings.
Service:
The concierge was immensely helpful and friendly. They provided me with awesomely reliable recommendations for places to visit, things to do or restaurants to eat at. They also helped me book event tickets and find cars to get to scenic spots.
Additionally, I had a few great talks with them. They hold a simple and honest attitude for life, just like the other villagers I talked to here. On top of everything, they give free sweet snacks!
Amenities:
Great everything! Unlimited supplies of water!
Cleanliness:
I saw a stain or so on a pillow. But overall, apart from it, it was nice and neat.
Highly recommended.

Cons:
- stained towels and bed linen (I wouldn't care, but this hotel is 4 times more expensive than cheap hostels I usually stay in China, so I expect more)
- I found a big spider the size of a hand in my room (but to be honest: I don't blame the owners for that because the spider could just come from the window, so it's not their fault)
- the staff doesn't speak English
Pros:
- It is the cheapest hotel with license to give an accommodation for foreigners in Zhaoxing.
- The receptionist came to my room immediately after my call in his free time and killed that spider I was talking about above. He is my hero! :)
- Apart of stained towels and bed linen the room was cleaner than other rooms in other hostels I stayed in China.
- The hotel has a good location just next to the town's gate.
- I have got a bottle of water for free and all toiletries.

I came many times in this hotel, his location near the gate and beside the park is very quiet. No noise, no car. The staff don’t speak English but is really helpful and friendly. Hotel can provide tickets for the attractions at lower price, just ask them. Also they will tell you the best places to visit in the village. Breakfast is only local noddles but I found them delicious. Of course, if you have car, you need to park at the gate of the village and take a shuttle bus. This is mandatory. No tourist cars in the village. Hundred of restaurants in the village, so no problem for this.

登記入住的時候還不錯，第一眼第一感覺就是還行，就是古老的宅子。上樓梯就發現問題來了，地毯應該是沒清洗過一樣破破爛爛又好臟。進房間的第一視覺還可以，關個窗户開空調吧，發現窗口及周邊都是蜘蛛網和昆蟲。拉個窗簾吧，突然跳了一直巴掌心大的蜘蛛🕷️到床上，嚇我一跳！馬上讓前台安排更換一套，前台小姐姐還可以的，就是清潔阿姨等了半小時都沒來換！床頭頂上有一個又是有蜘蛛網的吊燈，好怕它掉下來……定的時候沒知道周邊是酒吧，晚上一直歌聲響個不停。這個晚上壓根睡不着的。想着就是第二天回程了就算了就一晚將就一下就過去了……下次肯定不會再來！！
設施：普通，電視看不了，遙控器的電池都是發黴的了。冷氣一開機還會噴水。
衞生：地板都是有灰塵，有昆蟲和蜘蛛網。
環境：周邊是酒吧，晚上12點還是很熱鬧歌聲滿天飛。
服務：天氣太熱，行李較多，沒能接送。需要等40-50分鐘。就是讓我自己走唄！
