"別墅區的指示牌不準確，無法自己找到住宿。酒店的配套經營不完善，國慶也沒個活動，浴池開放少，泳池沒放水，湖面很多漂浮的綠植沒有清理 。早餐的落地窗很曬，也沒有窗簾可以遮擋，大家都擠在中間長桌。油茶沒有配油果，米粉的湯味道很淡，沒有配醬油……去千家洞如果是網上購票要自己去到酒店外差不多300米的遊客中心核銷，並且在那裡搭觀光車進景區，如果想在酒店搭觀光車就需要跟前台購票，同等項目的票價會比網上貴差不多20。優點在於配備的洗漱用品質量好，床品比較新，睡得舒服。"
