"和好兄弟去夜宵攤，喝完酒之後來入住了這個酒店，首先，這個酒店總的給我的感覺非常不錯，性價比超級高，主要是前台的服務感拉滿了。前台的小姐姐主動為我們遞上了熱茶，喝完酒後喝上這杯熱茶，給我們的情緒價值直接拉滿。進入房間後，酒店的衞生非常不錯。相比周圍其他酒店，我覺得凱斯特酒店的衞生非常到位，特別是酒店的衞生間，打掃得很乾凈，地板和洗漱台上幾乎一塵不染，還有酒店的淋浴間，也看不到上一個客人留下的毛髮等。酒店設施非常齊全，酒店的環境非常不錯，非常温馨，特別是走廊上的燈光和畫，非常的美麗，給我的感覺非常的高級，推薦大家來入住凱斯特酒店"

"孩子春假，想要圓去年在湄潭採茶沒有盡興的夢。我打算找一個茶海中的酒店，又不想要住民宿。在攜程找到茶壽山康養酒店，地處鳳岡，有自己的茶山，可以滿足不出酒店門沉浸式體驗。
距離鳳岡約二十公里的車程，酒店看起來稍顯冷清。但是住下來兩天體驗卻很棒。最好的是服務，酒店從管理層到員工都很有耐心很有温度，客房的林經理從訂房開始就加微信在行程前給予耐心指引，還幫忙約從鳳岡至酒店的網約車，到酒店以後親自安排房間，清理陽台，協調親子活動，採茶製茶，協調得特別好，這些天一路陪伴與幫助，非常謝謝。也很謝謝餐飲部，沒有預製菜，每一餐都根據我們口味做了清淡營養飯菜。
我們兩天時間體驗有限。我們沉浸式採茶太盡興了，不用擔心采完茶還有路途。這點還是比較舒心，可惜行程短，酒店對麪茶壽山沒有去爬，周邊河流沒有去轉到。
縣城主打康養酒店，四星級這個房間價格也是超值得，空調和熱水都給力。客房部響應耐心及時。

酒店地理位置優越，周邊交通便利。房間設計現代簡約，空間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟舒適，晚上睡得特別香。衞生條件無可挑剔，每天都有專人打掃，細節處理得非常到位。酒店的服務人員態度熱情友好，尤其是前台工作人員，專業，幫忙解決了很多問題。酒店的隔音效果也很好，晚上非常安靜，完全沒有受到外界噪音的干擾，強烈推薦！
