"It's one of the best hotels in dongtai. Extremely convenient (about 4mins walk from the train station) and their services are top-notch. There are also shops close by. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. I recommend this hotel to anyone who will be in dongtai for a trip or visit."

"3.1號跟先生路過東台，聊到魚湯麪，臨時起意在東台停留，晚上入住了東台迎賓館，很高大上的一家酒店，環境優美，前台兩位小美女服務態度很好，還解答了我這個吃貨的各種諮詢，並給我升級了房間，非常感謝！ 房間比較新也乾淨，設施也到位！剛到房間一會兩位服務員就送來了小食、飲料等，很温暖！但有個小插曲讓人不太舒服，一個服務員往房間送東西另一位在門口全程跟拍，這讓人感覺有一絲作秀的感受，特別是完全不顧顧客的私隱從頭拍到尾，雖然我們什麼也沒説，但這種行為讓人很不舒服。希望以後要注意！ 酒店早餐很豐盛，魚湯麪，東台大肉包很美味！ 下次有機會來東台還會入住迎賓館的。"

"My 2nd time in Dongtai, 1st time in Leida hotel. It looked good on the website. 1st impressions were good. Even though the staff spoke very limited English they checked me in efficiently (I do speak some Chinese but if you don't it's okay). The rooms are a good size and the big picture windows give great views over the public lake/park. the only downside was the faint aroma of stale cigarette smoke in the room but this is China and unfortunately to be expected. The downside was the breakfast was very Chinese and though I love the cuisine here I'm not a lover of Chinese breakfast. It would have been better if the cook knew how to make fried eggs in different styles than just solid yokes and they invested in a good coffee machine. The coffee was in a flask....and was white....I didn't even try the bit I poured into a cup. The positive is Wuyue Plaza is a 10 minute stroll and has a Starbucks and MacDonalds! I had a look at the gym and pool. Gym was 10 yuan, pool was 40. Both looked okay. The hotel grounds needed a bit of a tidy up but were okay. I couldn't find direct access into the lake/park area but then I was only there 2 nights. The big convenience was Wuyue Plaza. The top floor was restaurants. A decent selection. Towards the back on the outside walking street was a decent little bar (Black Vine). Nice manager, 8 craft beer taps, lots of bottled beer. Yes, I'd stay here again as it suited my purpose."

She even arranged for it to be delivered to me the very next day—such outstanding service! Thanks to this wonderful experience, I will definitely choose Mercure hotels again in the future. "位置方便，距商業中心和高鐵站都可以6元起步價到達。 室內有辦公桌，方便。 但是：1. 空調上污漬斑斑，看得出沒有定期清洗，那空氣質量不敢想 2. 早餐，品種單一。説起來9:30結束，但9:00到達已沒有現煮麪條。居然有蒸胡蘿蔔，而沒有常見的烤紅薯之類。"

"Not bad, but the room had a damp musty odor that wasn’t pleasant. It was clean overall. Good breakfast the next morning. We enjoyed our stay in my wife’s hometown of Dongtai."

"優點： 房間：裝修風格清新，感覺舒適，床品可以，如果配備一高一矮兩種枕頭更完美。 設施：衞生間配備智能馬桶，空調效果ok。房間雖然臨街，隔音效果可以，房間很安靜。 服務：進房間後發現門鎖有點松，反饋後維護人員很快上門進行修理解決。隨行有小朋友，提供了小童拖鞋和牙具。小朋友説送餐機器人好像有回答她問題😄 衞生：沒問題，整體還行 缺點： 早餐：品種很少，與酒店掛的星級不搭。兩三種配菜，三四種粥，再加點玉米，紅薯（好像也不是新鮮的），再加點兩樣麪點，哦，對，再加特色魚湯麪。家裡人7.30下去時沒有牛奶，是過了一會才補上，雞蛋感覺不是早上新鮮煎的，果汁和可樂都感覺有摻稀釋。"

"訂的是雙床房，空間很大,除夕夜特地送了湯圓，寓意團團圓圓，服務特別棒！提供小童牙具，看到小朋友會親切的送小零食，房間的小度很智能化，小朋友很開心！早上的早餐也很不錯，魚湯🥟魚湯麪味道很鮮美，有看到餛飩是現包的，這點很贊！而且就算去晚了也是有很多品種的，這點也很贊，很推薦大家來桔子酒店住一下～～尤其要稱讚的一點是，每天玩到很累回酒店，每個服務員都會熱心的和你打招呼，心裏暖暖的！"
